2. Can a runner steal on a foul-tip ball?

A. Yes. If the catcher has it, the ball is still in play that what a foul-tip is called for... otherwise it be listed as a foul ball. the ball goes sharply into catchers glove (that a tough one)
B. No

3. Does tie go to runner?

4. Does a batter have to move out of the box if a ball is coming into him?

the umpire calls the play the batter has to beat the ball. its more of a myth

A. yes He has to make an effort to avoid the pitch but does not have to leave the box
B. no
batter has to have some movment out of the way but most umpires will not call it.
5. How many times can a picture hit someone in the head with the ball?

A. 3-5 There is no limit (this is a tricky question its a zero the pitcher should and ususally will be ejected right away. accident or not.)
B. 0

It is a tricky question and the key word is "can"

A pitcher can hit someone in the head and get ejected. Then he "can" come back the next time they face and hit him again.............There is no limit on the number of times you "can" hit someone

Even by your example, shouldn't it be 1 instead of 0. You can't take back the hit

no as he would be ejected and ban for a cretin amount of days it label as unsportsmanlike and very dangerous

Answers

1. Its fair home is fair. or runs would never ever count
2. yes a runner can steal on foul-tip, foul-tip is alive ball and in play... its a strike as well so you can strike out on a foul-tip. unlike a foul ball.
3. no such thing as tie goes to the runner, this is a myth
4. in baseball and softball you have to attpemt to move out of the way. if you don't the ball is dead. and ball one in else it cross the strike zone the ball is dead and strike whatever
5. there is no limit there is unsportsmanlike and very dangerous and pitchers will be thrown out right away. accident or not...

the problem with throwing at batters had at smaller levels is the control of the ball and the player is hard to judge... when you get to a higher age level its a bit different.
