Donald Trump spent his entire 4 years in office trying to have Obama, Clinton and Biden arrested. He fired Jeff Sessions because he wouldn't do it. Bill Barr tried. Lord knows he tried, but couldn't find a shred of evidence to obtain an indictment. Nor could John Durham.

But Donald Trump is TRYING to get himself arrested. He's working harder than he's ever worked in his life to get himself arrested. Stealing documents, lying to the FBI - on purpose. He's dangling pardons to the insurrectionists, just like he did with his staffers during the Russia investigation. That's obstruction of justice in broad daylight simply daring the DOJ to arrest him.

Trump, whiny beta that he is, wants to play victim, yet again. He's also hoping to inspire another insurrection. And you can just bet that when Trump is finally arrested for this crime wave, he'll be the first to scream that Democrats are behaving like authoritarians.

Seriously, he could be waving the challenge in the faces of the law in order to test his backing. However, it does seem to be overly risky and unnecessary.

I believe that the law will simply have to take him down/take him out before he ever threatens the presidency again.
