Wyoming, Barometer of the Nation as a Whole....?

Have you ever lived in any of those cities? Or Wyoming?

A lot of people love living in cities. I don't know why, I moved to Connecticut from NYC. Somehow I doubt I'd like Wyoming either.
Yes. I've lived in Chicago, Portland and Minneapolis and Wyoming. People are leaving those cities. They're shitholes.

In fact the border is 54-40, in case you were confused.
Well which is it moron. One post you claim 40 degrees, another 54 degrees--all but the actual 49 degrees. Just STFU, duck. You've managed to hijack another thread with your off topic idiocy. First warning, get on topic or leave.

I too, have lived in those plus LA, SF and Seattle. The exodus is noticeable. CA lost a net of 440K residents last year for the first time in history, their population is shrinking. The great thing about it is business is leaving too. Tesla and Hewlett-Packard are already in TX. The way taxpayers are leaving CA, real estate in the golden state might be a real bargain in a decade or so if the political landscape changes.

Megatropolises came into being as transportation and communication hubs that made them ideal for industrial centers.

Modern transportation and communications make these cities obsolete. Given time almost the entire population of these cities will migrate out to rural areas.

Then Wyoming will go blue.

To make money. Why do so many actors and musicians have homes in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Utah?

You're right. 'To Make Money'. People like money. Not many people moving to Wyoming to make money.

All those wealthy actors always have homes in cities as well.

Connecticut is where you'll find the largest concentration of actors & Rock n' Roll stars. Even Johnny Winter lived here - and he was from Texas.

Sadly, that is a fact. I wish all of those useless Hollywood morons would stay in CA. They have ruined any chance for native citizens of those states to enjoy the American dream as they have artificially raised real estate prices beyond the reach of those living on the local economy.

I'd challenge that. There are a lot of homes of the entertainment folks in the west.

Loved Johnny Winter.

The results are not surprising whatsoever. What this shows is what we already knew - Trump has completely taken over the Republican Party.

She wasn’t kicked out because of a policy position. She was kicked out because she didn’t kiss Trump’s ass. The Republican party is all about cult-like devotion to one man. Anyone who goes against that is deemed a “RINO” and kicked out. Even someone with very conservative beliefs like Cheney.

Hageman learned this. She used to be critical of Trump. When she figured out that this kind of free-thinking was not going to be tolerated, she got in line with the rest of the cult. She kissed the orange ass and she was able to win because of that.

Correct. You either stand up and fight or join the enemy. Now you're getting it.

IF this bellwether remains

How the hell do you figure Wy is a barometer for the nation.

No state in the union voted for Trump by a higher margin that WY, but are supposed to by they are some sort of example of the rest of the country.

You people are so silly.

Last night in Wyoming Liz Cheney was beaten so badly that it took just 28 minutes after polls closed to call the race. This is how badly the left-wing narrative and the never Trump wing of the party is despised by average American's, including many moderate democrats.

Yes, I said moderate democrats. Exit polling shows that much of the dreaded "crossover" vote was democrats who do not like the direction the nation is headed and want the swamp drained. That fact was a huge surprise to local polling agencies, they crossed over to defeat Cheney, stop the witch hunt of Donald Trump and the democrat direction of the nation. Those polled say the Jan 6 show is nothing more than a partisan attempt to get Trump while ignoring their own criminals in their party.

IF this bellwether remains, and is nationwide, the midterm elections will sweep democrats from power and the Jan 6 charade will end with democrats on the defensive... The new 87,000 IRS agents, who will most certainly be used against average Americans, was a main push to get democrats removed from power quickly. All of these items were driving Democrats to the polls to remove those pushing the narratives.

November is going to be a democrat blood bath.. Wyoming just showed the world how the midterms are going to play out. Even democrats are feed up with Biden and the far-left socialist agenda.

CNN is misreading what the data is telling them...

Well it is Wyoming after all. Hardcore blue states might have a different picture, as well as in between states. But we shall see what happens.

My concern is if it looks like the Democrats are going to lose, and lose big that might activate the current administration to take more drastic action. We have seen what they are capable in the past 20 months when things are going their war, imagine if they are looking at impending doom what they might do as a last act of desperation. They might pull the pins on all of the grenades.

They might either resort to more draconian tactics to stay in power, or give the whole country one big fuck you on the way out the door.
