Would you be better off under Socialism, if so how?

I'm curious as to the thought process involved in embracing Socialism so I ask, Would you be better off under Socialism, if so how?

I promise I won't flame
We are under socialism. You must be confusing it with communism.

SOCIALISM:
a political and economic theory of social organization which advocates that the means of production, distribution, and exchange should be owned or regulated by the community as a whole.

The US operates under a regulated means of production, and distribution.

You're not interested at all. Youre wanting to provoke a debate so you can ridicule socialism.

The irony is, you already live under socialism to a point. When taxpayers money is spent on public infrastructure, it's a form of socialism.

^^^ obviously a Canadian. We don't take orders from Nazi Democrats we flip them the bird and do as we please.

For the purposes of this thread, what is the specific working definition of "socialism" here?

I have to ask, because it appears many on the Right don't know what communism is.

What do you like more mac? Socialism or communism? Pretty soon, the state's gonna have it all and you're gonna love it. That's what the socialist elites tell us...right?

I'll ask again: What are your definitions, specifically?

I ask these questions regularly, and you guys never want to answer.

So?

Ho hum. Im not gonna school you in eastern block communism versus european socialism. Both are bad. Either the state takes it all or the socialists let you keep 10 percent. The end goal for both systems is for the state to win. Come on mac, I gave you the answer. What are you?

SOCIALISM is the meal ticket for the Left, Frank, because:
  1. They can continue to lay around doing nothing instead of working hard to further themselves, but instead, their government will FINANCE IT and SUPPORT THEIR CAUSE.
  2. They can take from the producers because after all, THEY ARE NOT ONE OF THEM, PRODUCING NOTHING BUT ASS GAS.
  3. They can let the government worry about finding them a job.
  4. They can let the government find and pay for their home.
  5. They can blend in with the crowd and get their government rations because God knows they never once in their lives ever STOOD OUT with EXCEPTIONALISM!

What does "by the community" mean?

Socialism and Communism go hand in hand, Communism takes Socialism to the furthest possible extreme...And this is exactly what the Progressive Marxist/DSA Democrat Leftists are trying hard to do in America.
