Heh. There's a huge loophole in the law:

Under the statute, police and local authorities can ask magistrates to stop "anyone responsible for alcohol-fuelled crime or anti-social behavior" from entering establishments that sell alcohol, according to the Daily Mail. The rule does not apply to those with mental health problems, or to alcoholics.

Clearly who ever wrote this law has mental health problems or is an alcoholic.

She can come over to my private bar anytime, and suck the worm out of the bottle:

Out here in the middle.
Wow I don't get it. Alcoholics and mental patients cannot be banned? Weird.
That would be discriminatory-----you can only ban normal people like her
I'd venture to bet that she is, in fact, an alcoholic.

"Pervasive pattern of getting your drug of choice in spite of repeated run ins with the law and societal sanctions." or something like that.
