Oh, come on now. It was just a super-late abortion. The woman took 9 months to make the decision to get an abortion. They still don't consider crying, breathing fetuses as humans at that stage. I think they have to be crawling, or maybe walking.

Neither was my niece who was born at 32 weeks you prick but we didn't give up on her and let her die because she was born early. She was just as much a human as you or me. It would be Human life if we just left it alone and did not kill it in the womb. Abortions are performed all the time in this country, at a point in the pregnancy where the Fetus surviving to a normal life was already possible all the time.

You are also dead wrong legally. We have already cases around the country where someone who kills a pregnant woman was charged and convicted of 2 counts of murder. So clearly Killing an unborn fetus can legally be murder.
