Zone1 With 250 years of freedom in the United States, slowly the Communists are taking over. This is just a reminder of what Socialism/Communism is.

In my state........

art 100 controlled biz
250 controlled everything built
181 controlled our lands
325 controlled our farms
73 controlled our schools

none of the above got our governor's sig.....

none of this was asked for by the constituency......

all of this was via a D supermajority....

and they (the state) further are taxing the daylights outta us to enforce them

So my Q pursuant to OP would be......just what construct of governance would this subscribe to??

It is a scary thought how close we are to a Communist form of government. I would leave this country if that happens.

Back in the day, everyone was patriotic and wanted freedom, because in a world like that, you werent threatened all the time by Big government.

That's what happens when you try to play nice with Nazis.

Communists are far worse than Nazis, and murdered hundreds of millions more people

Now they want all of us dead as well.

Election legitimacy: Trump’s repeated claims that the 2020 election was stolen — despite courts and election officials finding no evidence of widespread fraud — significantly reduced trust in elections among many Americans. The aftermath culminated in the January 6 United States Capitol attack, which many scholars and officials view as one of the most serious stress tests for modern U.S. democratic institutions.
The courts never heard the evidence of the complaints and dismissed the concerns based on "Procedural" issues. New evidence is is slowly being released that shows a lot of legitimate issues were simply ignored, buried, or glossed over. Conclustions:

1. Questioning election integrity is NO threat to Democracy but signs of a healthy debate INSIDE a democracy. BTW, we are a Constitutiona Republic.
Pressure on institutions: He has challenged the independence of institutions such as the judiciary, federal law enforcement, civil service, intelligence agencies, universities, and the press. Concerns often center on rhetoric against perceived opponents and efforts to increase executive control over government agencies.
Shall we review the 10,000 instances of Democrats questioning the leglitimacy of the courts, the nomination prcoess, and the activism that exists at the district level? Again, this is healthy debate found in a society that cherishes freedom.

Expansion of executive power: Trump has pushed a stronger “unitary executive” view of presidential authority, potentially shifting the balance between the executive branch and Congress or the courts.
Strange. Expansion of Executive power has been going on for nearly 250 years. Yet, you clowns only complain about it when its the GOP and never when it's a Democrat.

Now, I happen to believe that Executive power and its overreach is a problem and would be if the left hadn't descended into childishness. Howeve,r it is NOT Trump that has 100% of the blame here. Congress is responsible for allowing their Constitutional Authority to wither away by playing their childish games.
