WinXP sort by ID3 Rating?

Anyone know a good shell manager that'll allow Windows XP to sort my MP3 collection by the 'rating' ID3 tag? (it's one of the few things Vista got right that I haven't been abler to get XP to do

I have never found one for XP, been away from Windoze for too long I guess and Gnome desktop has the best ratings sorter, you can rate any file and then have everything sorted as such. But good luck, I doubt any programmers would bother with such a thing, working through the XP desktop shell is a royal pain in the ass.

I'm unaware of "ID3 tags" but here's a program to help you sort them that way. Don't know if you'd consider this a "shell manager":
