You do not have to be in uniform .you can be undercover as they were and you can draw a gun first , but your supposed say police hands up or your under arrest. . Or something to that nature. As for the girlfriend , she is dating a career criminal. who knows he is wanted nad put on social media he was not going to jail. She put herelf in that possession by getting involved with him.
