I get it that Biden's human infrastructure is important to pass, but I sure wish they'd spend more time on election reforms and a law that would prevent hyper-partisan state legislatures from throwing out votes they don't like based on a butthunch that there were "irregularities" (no evidence required).

Getting this done on a federal level will require ten votes and we ain't got 'em. McTurtle rules his caucus with an iron fist and Dems probably wouldn't even get ONE vote from that side of the aisle. In short, Republicans have decided that cheating is fine and dandy so long as it keeps them in power. Time to go nuclear when it comes to matters of constitutionality - That would also include the subject of these Draconian state abortion laws.
