Debate Now Will Disney Wind Up Going Out Of Business?

Not according to the woke.
Not only not a crime, but girls have been suspended for refusing to play with them.
The girls who were sexually violated by him exposing himself - were openly admonished by the left media for objecting to it
That is wokism. And that is what they are doing to our young.
There are more priest's sexually assaulting young people than transsexual people.

Absolutely true.
How could you possibly know who is a CD and who is Trans when you just met them?
There is no way of knowing.
And thus the problem of allowing biological men into girls restrooms/dressing rooms.
The "trans" swimmer, according to his teammates, consistently exposed his penis to them.
According to two who spoke up, said he also exposed his partially erect penis on several occasions.
This made all of the ACTUAL girls very uncomfortable and OBVIOUSLY feeling violated because they were violated. By wokist.
It is egregious that these girls were expected to have no reaction to a 6'4" adult male exposing his partially erect penis to them.
Now what did the left media do with this, how did they react? They called her an "extremist" and a "right wing activist". Because she has decided to speak out against trans in girls sports - and the left calls that extremism.
And the right, correctly so, calls that wokism.
What is wrong with using a restroom of the opposite sex? I have never been in a public restroom that doesn't have private toilettes with lock doors. I have used many unisex restrooms in Europe and Asia with men and women.
No, they've been losing a lot of money. I'd say Disney will figure it out quickly and not "get Woke, go broke" anymore. There is a reason they hired a new CEO: this is the reason.

I've never been to any Disneyland, but if they stop with the weirdo leftwing chatter, they may recover.
Losing money, nope:
Disney Earnings from operations for first quarter of 2023 were up 5% and revenue is up 7%. All the attacks by DeStantis and other republicans has had no measurable effect of the company's revenue and earnings.

Disney is a multinational business with annual revenues of 85 billion with a dozen different division. A bunch of conservatives carrying signs at the entrance to Disney World is certainly not going to put them out business.

No, they not losing money

There has always been a danger to Transsexuals, they have been hounded, harassed and beaten.

The right is picking up the call, accusing them of “grooming”, hitting on children, raping young boys

There is a difference between a cross dresser and Transexual
Cross dressers get aroused by dressing as women. Transexuals feel they ARE women

Conservative ire over Disney aligning with liberal social causes has had no effect on earnings or revenue of the corporation. Disney is looking to the future not the past.

Straights, cross dressers, transsexuals', gays, lesbians, bisexuals, or just people that look different should be treated the same in all public places as long as they are not violating the law.

In regard to unisex restrooms, they are in use in this country and around the world. Adopting the the use of unisex restrooms provides a safer, less expense, and generally cleaner facilities. Prior to 1887, practically all public restrooms were unixex. In Massachusetts in 1887, the legislature passed a law that factories had to provide separate facilities for women. The legislature felt that women that were being forced to take work in factories should have a private facility with private toilets and locking doors so they would have the same privacy they had at home. Other states passed similar laws. Retail establishments in order to make their facility more friendly to women added a separate facilities for women. This was the beginning of widespread use separate facilities in America.

In the early 20th century, there was a rising number of attacks against women in the cities due primarily to the fact that there were a growing number of women in the workplace and more women were leaving home without escorts. State legislatures look for ways to make our cities safer for women. It was decided that it would improve safety to forbid men from entering the women's restroom even though there was little evidence that it would have any effect on safety. The primary effect of these laws was convincing the public that separate restrooms were safer and that believe exist today. However, the facts show that the opposite is actually true.

I don't think you are right there; maybe it was the stock going down but something was. They've been talking about it on the business channels for weeks.

I did not hear anything about Disney but I'm sure there earnings and revenue are up per the announcement in the link I posted. Keep in mind Disney has 85 billion dollars in revenue from a dozen divisions from all over the world. The stock market is always looking ahead up to 12 months and movements in stock prices occur for many reasons other last quarter's earnings, mutual funds decide to cut their exposure to the entertainment business, reviews on a new movie is bad, a top financial advisor advises recommends selling Disney, and when that happens you will find other financial gurus saying hold the stock or buy the stock.

Lets see…

Disney owns Disney properties, Disney films, Marvel Comics, Star Wars, ABC networks and more

I think they are doing fine
YOU seem to never really 'think'
Disney would hate all this

Wasn’t Walt a famous antisemite.
There are some stories of him being an anti-Semite, a Nazi sympathizer, etc. I don't put much stock in them. Walt Disney in the 50's and 60's was making a lot of money in movies which didn't set well with the major studios who were barely staying in business.

Walt Disney was an astute businessman with a keen eye for opportunities beyond the film industry. First, entertainment parks, expanding into television, music etc. Making films for kids and families was just how he got started. If he was alive today, he would never go back to making just family movies. There is just not enough money in it today.

He would see that diversity is an important ingredient in all businesses because minorities are becoming the majority in America.
