I agree, but he should really resign the mayorship of South Bend.

The city is a total mess, and the people in the town need leadership.

The more serious calamity on his campaign is the white cop who shot & killed the old black guy, who was peacefully trying to break into a car and knife the policeman. Mayor Pete failed the unfortunate deceased by not inducing more qualified African American candidates to apply for positions on the PD.

Clearly, Black lives do not matter to Mayor Pete.

And on this basis, Pete B can just write off the vital "Black Vote." Because it doesn't matter that Black men kill cops at a rate ten times their presence in the population, or that Blacks kill cops many times more often than cops kill unarmed Blacks.

And because Blacks are apparently, collectively, as dumb as the proverbial rock.
