The Democrats got the message first--actually in the Obama-Biden Administration, when there was the original Stimulus. Now in 2020, Stimulus One needs Stimulus Two. Then notice that Giant Keynesian Public Works spending has not been a feature of anything proposed in 2020. Both sides do agree on arithmetic measures. The arithmetic amounts are in disagreement.

So an anarchist response could be said to be in formation--A civilization without borders. Arithmetic itself--universal, even worldwide: Happens instead of public works response. Even former Vice-President Biden has trouble with the concept of linguistic diversity. Cuban refugees from the Castro regime disliked being regarded Mexicans. They couldn't even speak the language. Hispanics have problems with linguistic diversity, too! Northern Ranch Mexican can often be regarded a languge of its own: Heavily based in the concept, "Chingas(?)."

President Eisenhower had warned about,"The Military Industrial Complex!" Those were heavily military weapons engineering jobs: Leaving anyone else behind. Hippies and McGovernites were known to understand the problem--and even called, "Hippie McGovernites!

Now There can be said at least some level of bi-partisan consensus that something new has been put in place: Essentially leaving no one behind. It is even in excess amounts able to encourage giant consumer income increases, and spending increases at the neighborhood markets level.

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(Since Matt 25: 14-30 doesn't work by itself, Then Matt 20: 1-16 equal amount solutions can be put in place, like they were! There can even arise an indexed equal amount national COLA, adopted nation-by-nation worldwide!)

As we hit the gas peddle to go to a global electronic currency.....after the dollar dies........

Only in great Chaos can this occur.......now the gas peddle is stuck and the money laundering cartels are driving us full force to the cliff.........ENJOY THE RIDE.

The US Federal Government was set up to preserve and support a healthy and free economy. Intervention, stimulus, etc. should be just that and should be SHORT TERM..... any conservative or Capitalist will agree with that. The problem is that the socialist mindset believe that the Federal Government should be more active, permanently managing the economy LONG TERM.

The Federal Reserve is now pretty much as important to the economy as the consumer.

Many on the Right don't realize it, because their "news" sources keep that little tidbit from them.

Capitalism 2.0: I guess we'll see.

I am a conservative and the Fed should be abolished. There should also be a flat tax and deficit Spending should be illegal.

You must be furious at Trump, then.

Then the two greater acts of August will not be giant congregations in partisan celebrations of upcoming national elections. They will be contained, and more likely rational dialogues of policy and agenda going forward. The first two events of a less than "Zis-Oom-Bah" national environment will be underway.

Whereas the Trumped-Up RNC did fail to even attempt to expand its voter based of support, then national figures--diversity-based--will be in evidence at DNC: Even more like peoples from around the world, even on earth(?)!

Up from the '60's and '70's emerge the Hippie McGovernites!

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(Even Deut 23: 19-20, is not about foreign aid--though even vaccines can said to be pro-intercourse(?). . .or something(?)! What will they think of next, even(?)!)

We need shovel rdy jobs .......uuummmm....ummmmm....Now we have jobs but you cant do them. Tell me how you stimulate something you turned off without turning it back on cclllassss ...anyone...... Cant wait for the great gettin up Crow eating contest of the stimulators trying to explain that one.

"Now we have jobs but you can't do them," is not even shown in the recent jobs report.

Leisure and Hospitality came back. People with the allegedly, "Excessive" unemployment relief--bought stuff. Sellers took time of, and spent on leisure and hospitality stuff. And then leisure and hospitality owners could buy stuff, and so on.

The cessation of normal enterprise was horrific, but even the accountants can only find a direct spending of $1.25 tril. of it.

Then customary business modified itself. Big weddings are recently shown micro-weddings. Created new jobs that the statisticians have never heard of likely created payrolls. There are two employment surveys. The household survey reported a decline of unemployment.

So that was not spending among the weapons-makers. "All we are saying. . . . .Is Give Peace A Chance!"

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(If RNC wins, then Arnold can say it: "I'll be Back!"

(Matt 25: 14:30--Convention City Along with RNC!)

Dont lie....whole lotta people not working yet ergo your fake stim,,,,,,

When Trumped-Up Donald John, the Impeached and Put On Trial--Refused to Work on Behalf of US Nationals,--All Year Long, 2020: Then the Unemployment Problem became acute. The murders of the US Nationals were Uppermost on the Agenda, apparently. "Flying Chinese" were alleged the worldwide problem of the plague--bats with Chinese passports the source of the virus(??)!

Real Trumped-Up Donald John does not read daily Intel briefing reports--since that would be doing his job. Widely unknown, clearly, is that there a lot of people on the earth, all over.

So the Northeast took major hits, and Lockdowns were suddenly Immediate Remedy Number One. Unknown to RNC, there are other continents and nations, even on the earth--Mars may not(?). The number of unemployed went to more than 23 mil. Enter the half-spent Stimulus One. By July the unemployed count had come down to 16.3 mil. unemployed.

Manonthestreet poster owns the murders and business cessations if at all supportive of RNC, top of the ticket on down. So Trumped-Up Donald John withheld Stimulus One. What there was of it--worked. Manonthestreet owns more of the withheld parts of Stimulus One, if at all supportive of RNC, Top to the bottom. So Far RNC in in the Senate and the White House have no acceptable plan--even among themselves.

The Democrats initiated their Stimulus Two months ago. Many of the provisions of Stimulus One were extended--not acceptable to RNC, and apparently the fault of Manonthestreet poster--able to note that lotta people not back to work yet--RNC supportive(?)! Anyone sees the lie.

Usually a White House makes a national address, outlining the parameters of the problem, and phasing in national responses.

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
As RNC famous Arnold might put it: "I'll be Back!"

(Matt 25: 14:30--Convention-City-Along-with-RNC!)

What a jumble of nonsense. Airline Industry...they back to work....?? Cruise Industry ...they back to work.....That right there is whole lot of hotel rooms not booked. Food service industry.....shadow of its former self. Even the industries open arent near what they used to be.......not to mention all the business that is never coming back....a list that grows by the day.....Rubemeister is in for one big surprise when it goes BOOOMMMM

The bias of Manonthestreet poster is evident, now even personally sending the plague around to attack the children! The attack supported by RNC, and Manonthestreet poster, soon approaches 0.5 million kids--according to Pediatrics counts.

The thread already notes how the recovery dynamics are in progress. The stall hits today and last week.

And Alaska Airlines is offering discounts on flights this month. Leisure and Hospitality came back, nearly 2.0 mil up, on the payrolls.

Then Manonthestreet poster claims that re-ascendancy is nowhere evident: A lie!

Point made: Stimulus Two is not just a talking point, for some people--and even little kids. For some it may be a now or never, life-threatening inaction.

Funny I dont see anybody but you disputing anything.............If everything is as rosy as you claim why the stim package.......ooooooops

Possibly before election day?
Your link:

"When Will I Receive the Second Stimulus Check?
It was wishful thinking that you would have your $1,200 before Labor Day (Sept. 7), but that is still a long-shot possibility. However, the way things are dragging along, you might be lucky to get something just before it’s time vote in the November elections."

Mascale posted that the Stimulus cut the unemployed numbers: 7.0 mil. in just a few weeks, and so leaving 16.0 mil unemployed--regarded rosy by Manonthestreet poster(?)! Trumped-Up Donald John of the RNC--that RNC Senate that has no plan--appears to find the current situation entirely rosy, and so not supportive of going further. White House Mnuchin created the most recent announcement.

Back to the OP, even!

_______________

RNC and Trumped-Up Donald John, the Impeached and Tried: Have imposed the stall of the second Stimulus. Trumped-Up Donald John will be said to have blamed the Republicans--if suddenly Executive Orders are thought to be necessary! The Speaker of the House proposed a comprise $2.0 tril., inclusive of arithmetic measures. Mnuchin said that nothing of the sort was a compromise--on which RNC could agree. The Speaker of the House had come down $1.0 tril., proposing that the RNC anti-American factions come up with $1.0 tril. more: On their side.

RNC decided on an Anti-American course instead--a dictatorship of Executive Orders: Likely not to be upheld in the Courts, and on that basis.

The concept, "USA" does remain a rule-bound concept!.

politicians love spending money...,,,,wow greast insight there...dont expect it to help though,,,,,,now shiver in place like a good toadie

The Payroll Protection Plan was extended. Actually: Trumped-Up Donald John, of the Impeachment and Trial, had not spent $130.0 bil. in the original time-frame. So the Senate, House, and White House got it extended until today.

Anyone relegates Manonthestreet poster to the ranks of the, "Illiterate/No Opinion," about it! So anti-small business is now mantra GOP/RNC. The choice was deliberate, and made.

An Executive Order cannot appropriate any funding.

Anti-Small Business is now: Senator McConnell, Senator Cruz, Senator Rubio, Senator Paul, Senator Collins, Senator Graham, Senator Thune, Senator Blunt, Senator Ernst, Senator Young, Senator Cotton, Senator Gardner, Senator McSally--and the usual unknown chorus of no real basis to name among the Republicans in the Senate!

The Federal Reserve is now pretty much as important to the economy as the consumer.
The Fed's current behavior may open some eyes to government's ability to spend BEFORE it taxes:

Federal Reserve Admits It Pumped More than $6 Trillion to Wall Street in Recent Six Week Period

"During the 2007 to 2010 financial collapse on Wall Street – the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression, the Fed funneled a total of $29 trillion in cumulative loans to Wall Street banks, their trading houses and their foreign derivative counterparties between December 2007 and July 21, 2010.

"At the pace it is currently going, it would eclipse that $29 trillion before the middle of this year."(2020)

Yep, Capitalism 2.0. The question is whether the Fed can unwind this shit before it has to do this all again.

So the question is: What is broken in capitalism that the Fed keeps having to do this?

Just another question we're going to IGNORE until the Fed's balance sheet is creating a new crisis.
