Why you can't believe the BIASED MSM... Russia oil isn't the primary cause of skyrocketing gas prices!

The Dem news media is blasting out all sorts of high gas price excuses trying to find something that sticks. The latest is "oil companies are prices gouging". Oil company execs testified before congress and told stupid shit Dems exactly what would happen under Biden/Dem war on oil policies, check it out.

In other words, oil executives lied to Congress. Oil companies are admitting that they do not want to increase their drilling activity.

haha no they are admitting it cost too much to increase it currently thanks to your demafascist

Watching Sunday Morning on CBS today 3/20/22, the segment about why gas prices were so high was so blatantly BIASED...
but again what's NEW!
They attribute high gas prices to COVID, to profit gouging and oh their analogy of Biden's role... one wheel of an 18 wheeler!
Really? Certainly diminishes what Biden did on 1/27/21!

FACT 1:
Biden banned in just 7 days from taking office, the exploration on land that produces 24% of our nation's oil/gas !

FACT 2:
Thomas Jensen, a partner at Perkins Coie LLP. “When the president and his entire leadership team has a uniform view of the urgency of the climate crisis, nobody down the food chain feels exposed when taking a hard line on these issues.”
The Biden administration has committed to cutting greenhouse gas emissions in part by curtailing oil and gas development on federal lands and waters, including on Alaska’s North Slope

FACT 3: The gross exaggeration by Psaki, et.al. regarding "9,000 leases"???
But there’s no guarantee that oil and gas exists on those leased lands—and even if they did,
some leases require a time-consuming environmental review before drilling permits can be issued, said Ann Navaro, a partner at Bracewell LLP.

At the end of 2021, there were 9,173 approved and available permits to drill on federal and Indian lands. Those permits include those issued under Biden and those still active from Trump’s administration and potentially before, said Josh Axelrod, of the National Resources Defense Council. Companies don’t have to immediately begin drilling as their leases last 10 years and can be extended beyond that.

“Companies sometimes hold leases as a bit of a mind game with their competitors, or even just because they didn’t properly assess the production potential prior to leasing due to lack of data or that sort of thing.”

So while Biden's number is correct. as politifact.org points out...
However, once the permit is approved, drilling doesn’t start overnight.
I just read today that the high gas prices are Trump's fault.

Where did you read? Care to provide at least a link?

The girl with the flute in her pussy said it's trump's fault.

Well at least you're not still parroting the lie you previously trotted out about the Keystone pipeline being shut down. I guess you've had egg on your face more than you cared for on that one.

So much of what's being said here is distraction propaganda... the truth is getting ignored.

I'm sure that the older members of the forum remember when the Hunt Brothers started to corner the market on silver and silver and gold both shot up extremely high in price.

But the story is basically that a hedge fund/mutual fund started to manipulate the market to cause prices to skyrocket....

These current oil prices is exactly the same thing. Except that currently it is several hedge funds and the Hunt brothers are still in jail. And the goal isn't as simple as oil itself....that would be like herding cats. The goal was to sell EVs and make EV corporations stock increase in price.

ICE cars sell consistently...but as fuel prices climb the more fuel efficiency economy cars tend to sell better than the gas guzzlers do.
And where Detroit and other auto manufacturers can make fuel efficient cars they tend to have a hostile working relationship with the EPA and other alphabet government agencies. They refuse to do more than asked and the EPA is run and operated by Government Idiots instead of engineers who can understand anything.
O² sensor locations are a huge joke anymore and the consumer loses in this war between the two parties.

So Blackrock bought into the merging Railroad back last spring (Union Pacific) long before it was conglomerating and very cheap.
Then Blackrock lobbied against the Keystone Pipeline so that Union Pacific would haul Canada's oil to the coast. All the while holding several other stocks in things like Tesla, and many other EV stocks...which when the oil prices skyrocketed the EV stocks skyrocketed too.
So they, among other hedge funds through the use of K Street and their lobbying firms are manipulating the markets severely. They are also responsible for the disaster at the ports with ships being tied up for weeks and not getting unloaded. The railroad just didn't take the containers to their destinations and they backed up. Making all the goods skyrocket more in prices. (Commodities have been doing very well)

The scary part of this market manipulation is that no one has caught on. These hedge funds are running the free market and our Government and causing total chaos in the meantime. The last time this level of market manipulation happened was just before the Civil War and the great depression. We are headed straight for those times again.
Politicians are puppets....pure and simple lying puppets that are bought for a pittance. Media outlets are owned by these hedge funds as well so they aren't going to breathe a word.
Of course the democrats are going to lose this Fall....they were set up to take the blame. Their funding is moving elsewhere.
But if you actually want to do something....take your money out of Blackrock and other EV stocks. It's blood money at this point.

This sounds so much like a Saturday Night Live skit with Emilia Litella.. (Gilda Radner played her)...
with modifications of course!
Litella would peer through her reading glasses and, in the character's high-pitched, warbly voice, would read a prepared statement in opposition to an editorial that the TV station had supposedly broadcast. Litella would become increasingly agitated as her statement progressed. Midway in her commentary, it became apparent to the anchor, and the audience, that Litella had misheard or misunderstood the subject of the editorial to which she was responding. A typical example:
"What is all this fuss I hear about Keystone pipeline being shut down! It's terrible!"
The news anchor would interrupt Litella to point out her error, along the lines, "Its the Keystone XL project as you can see by this map the rest of the Keystone pipeline already exists..... but it was another dumb Biden supporter's gaffe."
Litella would wrinkle her nose, say something like, "Oh, that's very different," then meekly turn to the camera and say, smiling, "Never mind!"
But the point of the Keystone XL shut down was very simple.
Which is the bigger danger to the environment ? 1 million barrels traveling 1 mile on the open ocean which the experts point out is harder to clean up than 700 barrels traveling one mile in a pipeline on dry land?
I've yet to have a single person answer that simple question.
But that was the major point of cancelling Keystone XL was environmentalists stupidly thinking 700 barrels traveling 1 mile on dry land was dangerous. Never considered the alternative!

For you ignorant people... the dotted line is Keystone XL that was cancelled!!!
