Why Shouldn't A 9-Yr Old Be Pepper Sprayed??

I thought cops were trained in handling people?

OC spray makes people REALLY easy to handle.

But, spraying someone in cuffs, regardless of age, is a no-no.

I know many of you will not believe this but when I was five and having stitches put in my head I broke the restraints they put on me and was lifting a full grown male orderly, so as insane as it sounds a child rage can be dangerous but still using pepper spray on the child was wrong and could have killed her...
