Given the drop in oil prices and the lack of diversification in their economies expect at least some political instability in the near future.

Has it ever been stable? Has the Middle East ever been stable? Has oil prices ever dropped? What happened back in the mid 80's when oil was $9.00 a barrel? What economies are stable at present? Is our economy stable? What about Russia? What about Europe?
