Plaintiffs ask this Court to disenfranchise almost seven million voters. This Court has been unable to find any case in which a plaintiff has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election, in terms of the sheer volume of votes asked to be invalidated. One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens. That has not happened. Instead, this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence. In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state. Our people, laws, and institutions demand more. At bottom, Plaintiffs have failed to meet their burden to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Therefore, I grant Defendants’ motions and dismiss Plaintiffs’ action with prejudice.

The judge did not take into account there was no time for an investigation. Something an evidentiary hearing would have done. Corrupt or scared this judge did nothing to further justice.

How many YEARS did it take with OJ on trial? Bill Cosby? I was in a workers comp hearing once and THAT took 9 months and the case was open and shut! These court hearings lasted HOURS and DAYS.

Here is what I think is important people realize. Republicans in 2000 started a riot and it stopped the Florida recount. It got sent to the Supreme Court and they gave it to bush.

So 2020 trump thought if he lost it would be close enough again he could get a repeat from 2000 especially with this conservative Supreme Court. He was going to try this in 2016 only he won.

But it wasn’t close enough for trump to pull it off. He lost too many states.

Just don’t forget this is the second time in 20 years republicans have rioted during our elections. It must stop.

Both the changing of the lawyers and the changes in pleading were in the Judges ruling so he obviously thought they were important. But if they had any valid evidence of their claims he still would have accepted it. That lack of valid evidence was one of the reason he dismissed it. Not that he didn't examine it either, he judged that it did not support their case.

Nobody cares if you or all of Trumpybear's fans accept President Biden's tremendous victory or not. The laws he signs will still have the full force of law just like ex President Trumpybears' do. Personally I hope ya'll keep up the "contrary to known reality" position. It's funnier that way.

I disagree with the author's premise that the left wants the right to think that the election was legitimate. The left doesn't care what the right believes. I will add this - even if the left KNEW that Biden reached office due to fraud, they wouldn't care. You need to remember, leftists have zero morality and zero integrity.
