Why is President Biden Telling G7 that "America is Back"? ,wasn't America Back under President Trump?

Do the Europeans like Biden because they feel he will be more willing to accept their New World order policies.?

President Biden statement that "America is back" is a bit confusing. Was not America back under president Trump?
Most Americans, in independent survey after independent survey, throughout four years, disapproved of the Former Guy, and threw him out at their first opportunity.

The President's policies have been successful in quelling the pandemic, and that has led to an upsurge in employment and a positive economic forecast for the nation. Why would patriotic Americans not approve?

The resurgence of a positive outlook at home is mirrored by the relief and renewed respect of America's allies.

PRIME MINISTER OF GREAT BRITAIN

July 11, 2021
A new Gallup poll finds that 59.2% of Americans say they're thriving. Additionally, 73% of Americans said they experienced enjoyment for a lot of the previous day.
The former is the highest rating Gallup has ever recorded on the measure dating back to when it was first taken more than 13 years ago. The latter is the highest since the coronavirus pandemic began early last year…
Last week, an NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist College poll found that 47% of Americans said the country was going in the right direction… This 47% was the highest percentage who said the country was heading in the right direction in Marist polling since 2009, during the first year of the Obama administration.
It's quite the turnaround from where Trump was at this point in his presidency.
Just 31% of Americans said the country was going in the right direction in a June 2017 Marist poll, while 61% said we were going in the wrong direction
Of course, Marist is just one pollster. When we look at the average of all polls, 43% of Americans agree that the country is going in the right direction compared to 51% who believe it is on the wrong track. Last year at this point, only 22% of Americans thought the country was going in the right direction. Four years ago, 34% said the country was heading in the right direction in an average of polls…
87% of Democrats now think the country is going in the right direction compared to 66% of Republicans in mid-2017. Likewise, far more independents say the country is going in the right direction (44%) than did four years ago at this point (23%)...
This sort of contempt for America drives an aberrant, fanatical cult of malcontents. It is not indicative of the patriotic majority:

Nope. He told them America wasn't going to pay for everything like we have been doing. Of course our "allies" don't like it. They had to pay for what they wanted instead of America paying for all.

Biden will return all to the status quo so of course his version of "America is back" is exactly what they want to hear and see.

Biden is an incompetent ass and I sure hope our country can survive four years of his very expensive Biden/Harris shit show.

Not from the perspective of the American electorate that threw the Cry Baby Loser out on his tapioca tushie at its first opportunity.

They have ample reason for being pleased with their choice, as they acknowledge the nation's recovery:

Here is but one significant metric:

August 6, 2021
Last month:

The unemployment rate was 4.7% when the Former Guy was sworn into office (Jan. 2017) and had risen to 6.7% when he was given the boot.

Trump is the only president in the last 80 years to net job losses during his presidency. President George W. Bush is the runner-up with 1 million jobs added during his administration. Barack Obama, is credited with 12 million jobs.

[Fact check: Chart of job growth by president shows historic unemployment under Trump]

The Biden recovery is expected to continue: The forecast calls for the U.S. unemployment rate to end 2021 at 5.0%, down from 6.7% in 2020. The unemployment rate is predicted to decline to 4.1%t by the end of 2022 and 4.0% at the end of 2023.

President Biden statement that "America is back" is a bit confusing. Was not America back under president Trump?
What is this multilateralism? What was wrong with an America first agenda?. Do Europeans want more of a leadership role, while not paying their fair share for NATO, as President Trump wanted them to do?. Do the Europeans want America to have less of a leadership role.? What does the world want.? Do they want China or Russia to take a leadership role.?
Nope, but thanks for asking.

Biden just meant we're back to paying their bills again because Democrats are suckers and have their hand above their head making a "L" sign

The sniveling trump bum kissers are in a tizzy as the President succeeds in crafting desperately-needed bipartisan infrastructure legislation that the Loser had repeatedly promised but only blew gas about for four years.

...America is back!

Not in the least.

The President who received the majority of votes from the American electorate maintains majoritarian support in a plethora of independent polls as he actually achieves what the Loser (aka 'Former Guy') blew gas about, but failed to get anything accomplished.
