Your skin temp is 97 degrees
When the temp is around 85 with low humidity . The colder air is sucking some of the heat from your body . You feel fine
If you add in a 15 mph breeze .then you feel great as fresh cold air is rapidly moving in and sucking off more body heat at faster rates !!

With high temp and high humidity things break down . Your body has a hard time evaporating it’s heat because it’s now competing with the high amount of water molecules in the air .
That water is also trying to pull air heat and evaporate and your skin heat has to fight with the water molecules
You find yourself feeling hot and gunky

Has anybody blamed Trump for this yet?

He is responsible for a lot of hot air.

It may be uncomfortable but I'd hardly call it bad.
People have lived in those conditions for thousands of years.
