CDZ Why do Dems Keep Saying there is no Proof of Voter Fraud? It is a Proven FACT

FACT CHECK: More Votes than Voters in Detroit?

What's True
Confirmation from officials and records obtained by a local newspaper documented widespread discrepancies in Detroit's 2016 general election vote tallies.

What's False
The discrepancy did not involve Detroit's recording more votes than registered voters, but rather precinct poll workers miscounting the number of people who voted.
How do you miscount the number of people who voted?

Every state that I have lived in and it has been many is the same.....you go in to vote, you check in which is now done on a computer (used to be a list of registered eligible voters) which leaves a computer trail and you show your id. You are told to wait while the voting machine is prepared using the code that you were assigned when you checked in. How do you get a ballot to vote at all if you aren't checked in to vote? HMMM?

We need to COMPLETELY throw out ALL the election results and RE DO the entire election.

This time with FEDERAL POLL WATCHERS backing our regular poll watchers.

The SCOTUS should throw out this Coup attempt.
Nah, i think all we need to do is to toss out the mail-in ballots that were counted without a Republican observer present, then Trump wins five states and maybe Virginia.
Gosh ALMIGHTY! Republicans, dem, and indie poll watchers were present at every vote counting station... this was admitted to, in court, by the Trump team lawyers.

You were once again, told a lie.

Absentee ballots sent out in PA = 1.8 million, but 2.5 million absentee ballots were counted. 11:08

Once again, your statement is simply not true...barren of facts.

The Secretary of state made these comments on Nov 3, election day, on what percentage of ballots mailed out, were returned. 81% of the ballots REQUESTED were returned...2.6 million, was her estimate of total returned ballots out of what she mailed, which was 81% of the total ballots that she mailed.
Over 3 million were mailed out, NOT 1.8 million.

PHILADELPHIA — Pennsylvania has received more than 2.5 million mail-in and absentee ballots so far, according to new data from election officials here.

That means that 81 percent of state voters who were sent those ballots have returned them. To break it down, more than 1.6 million of those ballots were from registered Democrats, 586,000 were from Republicans, and 278,000 were from independents or third-party voters.

This isn’t surprising or necessarily revealing: Political insiders have expected for months that Democrats would vote disproportionately by mail, while Republicans would vote disproportionately in person.

One stat that is interesting, though, is that 84 percent of registered Democrats who have been sent mail-in or absentee ballots have returned them, compared with 74 percent of Republicans.

When all is said and done, Kathy Boockvar, Pennsylvania’s Secretary of the Commonwealth, said she expects to receive as many as 2.6 million mail-in and absentee ballots. A Philadelphia election official estimated that 400,000 such votes would come from the city

PLUCKING amazing amount of returned ballots who btw didn't require signatures to match up and were known to have duplicate ballots sent out----I guess several people got to vote more than once in PENN.

Ahemmm, did you read your link???

That was the primary election, they found the problem and corrected it. Also, you can't vote twice, the system only allows 1 vote per registered voter.

Still, Allegheny County officials have said the problem has been resolved and that duplicate ballots marked as such will not be counted in the state’s primary election on June 2.

Multiple precincts in Detroit reported more votes than voters in the 2016 general election, suggesting voter or electoral fraud.

Snopes?

lol.

So since it was random mistakes, then Trump got roughly the same number of votes in his favor that Clinton did right?

ROFLMAO, no it all went to Clinton, but just randomly.
Huh? They corrected the mistakes before any final, certified tally.
Here were the discrepancies for Wagne County... same link...

Among the discrepancies found by Wayne County were:

77 precincts +1 vote
62 precincts +2 votes
37 precincts +3 votes
20 precincts +4 votes
52 precincts +5 or more votes
81 precincts -1 vote
29 precincts -2 votes
19 precincts -3 votes
7 precincts -4 votes
8 precincts -5 or more votes

So while elections officials in Detroit confirmed that voting irregularities involving excess vote counts existed, that issue was about inaccurate head counts taken by poll workers rather than fraud. The discrepancies mostly involved a handful of votes per precinct, and neither candidate was believed to have been favored by the errors.

Reports of equipment malfunctions in Michigan precincts were widely covered after the 8 November 2016 general election.
So according to election officials, the miscounts were not mostly for one candidate?

rolmao

Pardon me if I don't take their word for it, will ya? I'll bet that they were at least 90% in favor of Clinton, since she took 93% of the Detroit vote.

See what I did there? :D

Yep. You made a claim, saw that claim disproven with facts, and then went "I bet it was the way I said anyway".
Complete divorce from reality.
You really ARE a FUCKING IDIOT. GOOD LUCK with THAT.................................................... :mm:
Well, did you even bother to read Jim's post, that Pogo was responding to?

Penns system does allow multi-votes----they literally do not require signatures confirmation to vote. Low kick out rate would also be consistent with this.

Ergo in short--in Pennsylvania, you have a voter system that sends out duplicate ballots to the same people and then tries to cover up the issue and exact number with BS.-- Come election time---signature match is not required so all of these duplicate ballots are floating around and require no id or even a signature to vote. Ballots are accepted after the election and oh on top it .03 kickback idicates that duplicate ballots weren't kicked back either.

During the 1980s I worked as sole IT analytical support for our companies' elections. I have memory of how a voting district supervisor can cause problem by failing to understand instructions. Corporate Secretaries office had trained these poll workers but District 10's supervisor just didn't keep proper track of the number of voters that came in to vote that day and how many shares (acres) they were voting. Thanks goodness for Easytrieve, I whipped up a few programs and provide the Corporate Secretary with results so that he could figure out the supervisor's error. As I read about Detroit's issues it sure sounds like they're on the scale of typical human errors.

I just broke it down for you and you come back with this nonsense.

Penns voting facts
1) They sent out duplicate ballots to numberous people that they refuse to account for
2) They don't require id or signature or valid postmark to vote and likely not even envelopes from what I am reading
3) 81% of these ballots--including duplicates were supposedly returned
4) And a .03 kickback clearly shows that these duplicate ballots weren't kicked back.

again, how do you vote if you don't sign in to have you ballot put up on the voting machine? YOU have to sign in when you go to the poll which is all done by computer now in order for a ballot to be prepared for you to vote. This isn't rocket science....you can't have more people voting than there are ballots because the only way a ballot can be generated is by checking in first.

Nope, you can not vote twice...PERIOD. Once you vote, your name is crossed off the list, of being able to vote again.... For goodness sake!!!!

Absentee ballots are signed, among other things like your printed name.

Pennsylvania law, election code, passed by the Republican majority, does not allow the processors to reject a ballot on signature match alone.... They can reject the ballot, if the person has already voted....

In Pennsylvania, the registered voter, had to request an absentee ballot...They were not mailed out Willy nilly. The returned ballot is checked for a signature, and checked against the voter roll list of who has voted so far....if the registered voter had already voted, then the absentee ballot is rejected.

ARE YOU NOT LISTENING? I have just told you that ballots were mailed out willy nilly------duplicates were sent out for some "unknown" reason with the election officials refusing to state why duplicates were mailed out unrequested and how many duplicates were sent out. I also told you that they dont care about any signature or post mark in penn. And I just pointed out a .03 kickback rate which is far lower than average showing clearly that ballots weren't being kicked back even by normal voting year standards--------

And yet it is provable that somebody filed more votes than were requested.

That constitutes fraud on a grand scale.

Other than the multiple people prosecuted in Texas, we have the Jill Steing recount that was halted because it was exposing Democrat fraud.

Detroit's election woes: 782 more votes than voters
"Donald Trump carried Michigan by 10,704 votes, or 47.5% to 47.3%, according to the final results submitted to the Michigan Secretary of State. But in Detroit, Democrat Hillary Clinton trounced Trump, winning 95% of the vote to his 3%.
The Free Press analysis found there were 248 precincts in Detroit where voting machines tabulated more Election Day votes than people who were counted as checking in to vote. The affected precincts represent 37% of the city's 662 precincts....
Most of those overages were by small amounts — on average about 3 votes — with the largest being 12 votes in a single precinct. Those small numbers, which add up to 782 total spread out across more than 200 precincts, tend to point to human or machine malfunction as the culprit, rather than widespread fraud.
In 158 precincts, the number of ballots tabulated by the optical-scanning voting machines was inexplicably less than the number of people who signed in to vote. At least 362 ballots were not counted in those precincts, even though the voters had been listed in poll books.
Altogether, the total of over-counted and under-counted ballots was about 1,144. As a result, nearly 60% of Detroit's precincts weren't eligible for recount because the number of ballots in the ballot box didn't match the number of people listed as voting in the poll book.
The Free Press analysis came from handwritten tabulations logged by the Wayne County Board of Canvassers. The numbers are approximated because notes in eight precincts were illegible or unclear. This is the first time that actual figures for over-counted and under-counted votes have been reported
Detroit's inability to reconcile its ballots with its voter lists was exposed in the recount requested by Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein that was later ordered stopped by the Michigan Supreme Court. The discrepancy became national news, including headlines suggesting voter fraud...
Under Michigan law, precincts cannot be recounted when the number of voters in the poll book doesn't match the number of ballots in the ballot box. Almost 60% of Detroit's precincts were mismatched — either having too many or not enough ballots to match poll books — and ineligible for recount, according to the Wayne County Clerk's Office.

No it wasnt voter fraud just cuz Clinton got all the gain from the 'miscounts', lol.
/——/ Because Trump hating democRATs don’t care how they win, they just want the win. They will deny deny deny no matter what proof we produce.

Trump is playing you.... for your donations to the fruitless cause....
You mean the Cause of America First instead of for dirty Foreigners?

Trump is a barker and this is his sideshow. The only cause trump is enticing is to put money in his wallet; anyone who supports him is biddable, i.e. easily led by trump's only abilities: Charlatanism and Demagoguery.

In 248 precincts, there were a total of 782 more votes tabulated by voting machines than the number of voters listed as picking up ballots in the precincts’ poll books. That makes up just three-tenths of 1% of the total 248,211 votes that were logged in Detroit for the presidential election. That number was far too small to swing the statewide election results
They are desperate.
