What’s "pathogenic priming"and ADEM? These are phrases some will want to be familiar with as this whole mess goes down and more become aware of the damage being cause.

Copied as it is a simple explanation most can digest;
ADEM is Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis. It an autoimmune disease that causes your body to attack the white matter of the brain. Pathogenic priming is kind of similar, but this happened when they tried to roll out mRNA vaccines in the past. The ferrets got the vaccine, they developed antibodies, everything looked amazing and then they exposed the ferrets to the live virus and they all died or developed lung disease. So when the live virus came in, their bodies started to attack their organs, etc. because each cell is producing the virus and the mRNA in the V had almost the identical characteristics of the virus, it cannot distinguish what it should and should not attack. every cell in your body will produce the spike protein of the virus and these cells our obviously in your organs. They skipped the animal study this time around so they could avoid the negative publicity. Unfortunately, the humans taking this are now the ferrets. No one knows what is going to happen when those that get this V get exposed to the natural virus.

But the question is how can the government give anyone that assurance over the legal rights of individuals?
The person getting vaccinated is not told all the facts, so they can not make an informed decision.
So then it is illegal for the government to then reduce the right of people to get compensation for harm done by any vaccine, in any way. If the government wanted to do this legally, all they could do is assume any financial liability for these vaccine companies. The government can't legally give immunity to them.

It should be clear to anyone who knows any history, that all epidemics only end when you achieve herd immunity.
While vaccines can help achieve herd immunity, they have never ended an epidemic in progress, in the past.
Instead they have only been used to prevent new epidemics.
So what "flattening the curve" did was to slow down the process of ending the epidemic, and that allowed it to spread much wider and deeper over a much longer time period, so it caused many more people to die than if we had accelerated the infection rate back last March. We could have ended it in less than a month, as most epidemics usually quickly burn out.

It would be different if all the information was disclosed and people had real choices instead of the propaganda, hysteria, bizarre executive actions, etc.

The only way you can get to court is if you can prove someone in the chain of supply or administering the vaccine deliberately did something to add additional risk to the vaccine.
You can not sue due to the vaccine causing something known to be possible, like an allergic reaction, once FDA approval has been granted.
And while the FDA has not approved any covid vaccine, the government is attempting to illegally grant this immunity to untested covid vaccines as well.
