Why can't Israel fight its own wars??

Of course democrats fought him. He’s an incompetent bufoon who’s litteral science denier and convicted felon who can’t close a deal and kisses putins arse. You’re insane to think otherwise.
So why is life better now, we all have more money thanks to the tax cuts, less crime, less murder, drug deaths down, inflation stable, more private sector jobs in fact jobs are great, DOW record highs, wages up, take home pay is up, border is closed no more third world trash coming in, democrat social service fraud is being prosecuted, 3 million illegals deported, Maduro arrested Venezuela now free, we have energy policies that work, and what do dencrats offer us.
A NAZI female abuser who masterubates in public bathrooms running for senator of Maine, an assortment of socialist communists and America hating wack jobs running as democrats. IKf you life isnt better you must live in a democrat city or state.

So, you don’t remember Trump claiming Mexico will pay for a wall. He’s still on blaming immigrants kick, you know, the Christian refugees people who have a lower crime rate than citizens, and are SMARTER and work harder, start up 30% of new businesses.
Buffoons, everyone of you. You going to blame Blame Biden for your dementia ?
Who cares the border is now closed and over 3 million illegals deported who wont be counted in the 2030 census. Biden brought in tens of thousands of illegal criminals raping and killing Americans. I thought we had enough criminals of our own. The good news is they all went to democrat sanctuary cities. How did that work out?

Yup, exactly
Literally every industrialized country in the world has universal healthcare…..except us. We pay more for ours and die earlier. We have 40% obese, just like Trump, and going backwards in healthcare…everytime Trump comes to office. He has a health care guru who spent 14 years addicted to heroin. How can trump supports be so stupid.
The NHS in the IK is collapsing. Its broke, wait times in months and years, there is no mental health care for children, DRs leaving in large numbers to work privately. They pay more in taxes and have a 15% sales tax and its still out of funds. America has the best health care in the world. Socialized health care costs more and offers poor quality and long wait times.
Canadas system is o better. The fact is its noit better. Ours is
The NHS is widely reported to be in an unprecedented crisis, with experts and independent investigations describing it as "broken," "crumbling," and operating past the tipping point. While not fully dissolved, the system is under severe strain from record waiting lists and structural underfunding. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Key Crisis Indicators
  • Record Waiting Lists: Approximately 6.2 million people are currently on waiting lists for consultant-led treatment in England. Millions of these individuals are waiting without even having had their first specialist appointment. [1]
  • A&E Delays: "Corridor care" has become a year-round reality. Tens of thousands of patients wait 12 hours or more in emergency rooms just to be admitted, with many major hospitals running entirely out of beds. [1, 2]
  • Structural Strain: The independent Darzi Review highlighted an $11.6 billion maintenance backlog, with facilities literally crumbling and dealing with regular roof leaks and heating failures. [1]
  • Staffing Deficits: Trusts across the country are grappling with massive budget deficits, leading to plans to slash over 20,000 posts—including thousands of clinical roles—via vacancy freezes and restructuring to balance books. [1, 2]
  • Historical Context: The UK COVID-19 Inquiry further revealed that the pandemic pushed the service to the absolute brink, "only just" surviving due to extraordinary staff efforts despite leaving routine care and non-COVID patients deeply compromised. [1, 2]

We treat them for free. I worked in 4 hospitals. They also have coverage locally in cities and states. In the UK you will die waiting for treatment. It saves them money. You will also suffer in pain waiting 6 months for a knee replacement. Dont talk about healthcare when you know nothing about it. You meant Duh not Dah. Thats yes in Russian Duh back at ya

You worded in a hospital ? Must have been as a janitor. Bubba, we do ER care free on site, but it’s not for free. Someone gets billed, usually the state. Cancer treatments, heart rehab etc, drugs. ARE NOT FOR FREE bubba Don’t apply for that job again. You obviously didn’t work in billing.

Many drug companies have free programs you have to apply for. Hospitals do treat many people at no cost. We also have Medicaid. If you need the ER you get treated regardless of insurance. Our system works better than any system in the world. You should get out more and travel. See what socialized medicine really looks like and how much is costs. You did mean worked not worded.

I don't know why you're looking at them, and why you're going to such extremes to avoid a good faith conversation.

There are plenty of social democracies out there with health care systems that are focused on outcomes, not profit. That's the whole problem with our system. It is not outcome-based. That's why instead of curing diseases, drug companies, medical groups, and insurance companies treat the symptoms because it's more profitable to have someone buy medicine for the rest of their lives than not having them buy medicine because their condition is cured.

Get it?
I'm looking at them because those are the real life examples of communism. I don't know why you're discounting those facts unless you want to avoid a good faith conversation. Name the social democracies where the medicine they practice focuses on cures instead of treatment of the symptoms. And why do so many folks come here to get medical treatment?

Get it?

They cost more and deliver poor services because the are focused on not enough funds to pay their obligations

Oh, the Medicaid that was cut by Trumps beautiful bill ? Nope, Medicaid is not universal healthcare….I’ll tell you what socialized medicine looks like…..Medicare. a people want it. A majority want Medicare for all as an option. Are you on Medicare ? So you’re a socialist

Everyone waits for treatment here, linger if it isn’t ER. Those without insurance, wait indefinitely. You’re totally uneducated on the subject
