And yes, t&a sells. If the point of a visual ad is to have people look at them, what better way than some eye candy. People need to get over the significance of the natural human form is all. Compared with other countries, we're far more limited in what we can show in ads. Cann google around for "european nudity in advertizing" for more info. Prolly against the rules to link examples. So, the answer to this members question is for everyone on this site to block adds from the people who sponsor us? Seems like a kind of counter-productive solution to the problem, don't you think?

I see a lot of this type of dismissive, 'just grow up and deal' snarkiness as of late here in A&F. Too bad a few of us old timers can't be just a tad bit more understanding of some of the issues that pop up here.

By the way, when I am waiting on a fare, I often use a computer at the public library. The half naked women adds are an embarrassment and no, there is no adblock at the library!

Maybe we could at least talk about toning down the adds, for Christ's sake?

Yes, I agree about the add-block. In your case I recommend it. Oh, I apologize for some of the comments from my constituents; I expect it from some of them, others I did not.
