It doesn't make any sense. The United States of America is a Christian nation where the majority of Americans celebrate Christmas even if they aren't religious and celebrating the baby Jesus part. There's a reason why this is one of my favorite Christmas songs as it's nothing but truth. 😁

I also love the movie based on the song.

Because DEMOCRAT!

True but I was speaking along the terms of Republicans shouldn't be afraid of saying Merry Christmas to people but a lot of them have started saying happy holidays because they don't want to offend others. Some jobs require people saying happy holidays and I find that ridiculous because people should say what they want to say when it involves being nice to people.

Personally, it's the intent that should matter. If someone is wishing you a Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays that's nothing to take offense at, because if they don't know you how are they supposed to know what religion you practice?

The take away is that they're wishing you well. If you want to be a dick because they can't read your mind, that's on you.

I won't get offended over somebody wishing me a happy holidays, I get offended when people are just saying it because they're too afraid to say Merry Christmas.

Well, since Jesus was a Jew, the Democrats hate the Jews. So, the Democrats will try to discredit the holiday. Even though, it is a Christian holiday.

But they have no problem Jewish people celebrating
Hanukkah.

The Democrats want YOU to celebrate holidays -- according to THEIR "Belief". Not what you should be able to celebrate.

"Rules for thee, but not for me"

Democrats have to ruin everything. Even as something as wonderful as Christmastime.

I am sure they will have no problem Spend! Spend! Spend! around the holidays - not that they don't do that any time of the year!

Do you think Kamala will get Biden a Christmas present? Lol

She may as well spend another Bilion dollars, like she did with her failed campaign.

Are you afraid to say Merry Christmas?

Yeah, unfortunately it doesn't seem to be much about Jesus anymore.
Yes, I have to agree! I mean, we see the malls and stores putting up Christmas stuff as early as September (Labor Day). It's not right!
They could at least wait until after Halloween.

It's quite sad!

No and that's my point. I say Merry Christmas to everybody because I'm not afraid to call it what it is.

One of our neighbors has a Nativity set up in their front yard though. :)
We have two Christmas Tree shops in Michigan that are open all year round. They are even open on Christmas Day!
