Where is there a miscalculation?

After all most of POLLS are usually made up of more Democrats the GOP and in this case with 80% of the 10 being Democrats it seems a safe assumption!
In the U.S. 11.9% of the U.S. in 2010 were union members...
BUT
the NYT/CBS poll responders - 20% union members (2 times more)!

In the U.S. 6.3% are unionized public workers

But NYT/CBS poll responders -25% were public workers (4 times larger)..BIASED??

The miscalculation comes when you try to extrapolate that to mean that 80% of Democrats are corrupt instead of that 80% of the most corrupt list are Democrats.

Words mean something.
