They're both pretty bad. I'll give edge to Trump for being worse, mostly because I've heard him more. While Trump was excellent when reading what his speech writers prepared more often the occasion called for him to speak off-script at which he was terrible. I haven't paid much attention to Biden. I view him as just a caretaker serving time until DeSantis takes over in January 2025.
