Who will the voters blame in 2024?

You're the one who made a reply that is just a personal attack. Why could the Republicans not control Congress?

They only need one seat change this year to get control of the Senate.

They need eight seats to control the House.

The House flipped in Trump's first House election.
The House flipped in Obama's first House election.
The House flipped in Bush's first House election.
The House flipped in Clinton's first House election.

So, why wouldn't the House flip again? It's happened FOUR TIMES IN A ROW.

In the Senate there are five toss up seats, Democrats hold Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Republicans hold Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

If all flip, Reps have control of the Senate.
If you NEED seats to control the House and you NEED seats to control the Senate...THEN IT'S OBVIOUS YOU DON'T CONTROL EITHER!!! DUH? That's not a "personal attack" when I point out you're not very bright...it's something your posts make quite obvious!

but not that many really understand the actual nature of what is happening.
Yourself included. Anyone who thinks Biden has been able to enact his agenda with EO's is detached from reality.

Hello Everyone - The midterm elections are only a few months off. There is a 90% chance the GOP will make big gains, possibly taking control of both houses of Congress. The enviable gridlock will follow, with neither side able accomplish much of anything. So, who will the voters blame for this in 2024? The President who can't get his agenda passed due to the bills sitting on Mitches desk that he won't bring to a vote, or the GOP controlled Congress who can't get their agenda passed because of the President's veto's?

JMHO - Too close to call at this point :dunno:
Good question. If success lies in the effectiveness of messaging and the gullibility of the target audience Repubs will win.

If voters are willing to put up with absolutely fucked up duopoly, we deserve whatever we get.

LOL...what is with you on the left with your belief that the real problem with the Biden Administration dumpster fire...is "messaging"? Trust me, Berg...the American people are getting the message loud and clear that liberals don't really give a shit about them.

The voters showed up on Jan. 6th and were ignored and then framed. Who the voters blame was and is apparent but nothing was done. In other words, our leaders do not give one fuck who they blame. I do not see that changing.

They'll look at Biden's and the Dems' failures in his first two years.
They'll look at Biden's and the Dems' failures in his last two years.
They'll blame Biden and the Dems.
Some one thinks most of us are dumber than rocks. One political party messes up so bad we vote them out then the other party doesn't fix it fast or well enough & we vote them out. WE never seem to get the big picture that we need real leaders not party hacks only doing what works for them self's party & the big money. both party's shift when someone puts out some idea that catches on. that's how we got the Iraq war and things like three strikes law. Bad policy's based on feelings & clever propaganda or flat out greed.

Our success the next few years is Dementia Fn up this country as bad as he's doing. Messaging doesn't matter in the next few elections.

The message is....Biden is senile.
The Dems can't show him in public and stop that message from spreading.
If they replace him, Kamala's unlikable incompetence can't be hidden either.

The Dems are toast.

2024 is a long time away. The midterms are anybodies guess. Probably slight pick ups in the House by the republicans, and a good chance the Dems pick up two more Senate seats.

After two years of Republican control of the House, voters will remember pretty quick why they voted them out last time.

What nobody seems to want to talk about are the losses Republicans will have in the states because of Supreme Court decisions.

One thing I’m confident about. It isn’t going to go like the righties think, and Donald Trump will never be president again.
