Honestly though if we had any kind of real public health in the US, they would let people know that anal sex is just really bad. None of this is a "moral judgment"--it's science. Fissures and infections are just some of the problems--no one wants to think about the rest.

But of course, public health is just about protecting a protected class, so nothing is said. This is why, in Covid, nothing was said about obesity and exercise for a whole, idk, TWO YEARS--certainly long enough for people to improve their lifestyles and thus increase their odds of surviving Covid.

That's exactly right. They said nothing about obesity which causes heart problems, kidney problems, basically stress to the entire body. Most of the deaths from covid were the obese.
