1. CONGRESS will never allow Trump do any of it.

2. Suspend all foreign aid to Mexico and use it to pay for his plan.

3. Freeze Mexico's assets / money in this nation and use it to fund:
- Building a wall
- Hire more BPAs
- Close & secure the border
- Reimburse the US for $1.3 Billion a year cost for illegals
- Reparations to victims of violent crimes by illegals
- To help fund illegals going back to Mexico
