Who finances ISIS?

In the aftermath of its conquest of Mosul, the jihadi organization ISIS has been recognized as the richest terrorist organization in the world. Where does its money come from?

You will not be surprised by the answer. While they stole $420 million from the banks in Mosul, they are said to have a $2 billion warchest! It comes from our so-called ALLIES! What is it going to take for our politicians in Washington to open their eyes and speak up about this? IMHO our president knows and SUPPORTS those allies!
