Too many to list, though I don't listen to them nearly as much as I used to (or much other music for that matter). Certainly Howlin' Wolf would be on any list I made. His voice is the blues. Gritty, brooding and coming from a place that says he's down and out, washing his sorrows away with whiskey and a song.
