If there is anything Biden does in his time in office, if he can continue and expand aggressively the covert war against China and ensure America wins, it will be some measure of success.

The more public, loud and bold America is the better. Japan had the courage to state openly that an attack on Taiwan would result in Japans military assistance. This angered the CCP to no end, but, Japan put principle first. America must not curl up in a ball in the face of Chinas ambitions.

The White House Tuesday pushed back against a Chinese propaganda campaign attacking the United States and Taiwan after the collapse of Afghanistan – with the Biden administration condemning the communist regime for taking advantage of the tragedy and doubling down on the its support for Taiwan.

The U.S. statement was in response to Chinese propaganda outlets and the country's official international propaganda mouthpiece, which seized on President Biden's handling of the withdrawal from Afghanistan to intimidate Taiwan. The Chinese government also demanded that the U.S. cease "official contacts & military ties with Taiwan," including weapons sales.

"We have an abiding interest in peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait," a senior Biden administration official told Fox News. "We consider this central to the security and stability of the broader Indo-Pacific region. Events elsewhere in the world are not going to change this enduring interest."

The official added: "It’s also unfortunate that PRC’s state media is exploiting the human suffering in Afghanistan to take shots at the United States. That’s not what responsible powers do."

The most Joe will do is puff out his chest feathers. In all honesty, China can take Taiwan should it ever choose to do so. Do you think the West will bomb mainland China airfields?

All our carriers would be taken out in under 48 hours. Japan has a token military - as do all our other allies. We've exported our manufacturing base, predominately to China. They have us by the short hairs and it's all of our own making. We are a waning superpower. There has never been a superpower without a strong industrial base. This time will not be different.

Considering the fact that China owns Xiden they can do pretty much whatever they want.

Before protecting Taiwan the USA should concentrate on the trapped Americans which the USA can't protect on their way to Kabul Airport.

Speaking of the CCP.

How wonderful is this.

"Looking for an add-on to your cable system to broaden your international horizons? Feel like watching some TV sponsored by the Communist Party of China? You're in luck! Your local cable or satellite service probably provides it. So, you can send your money directly to the CCP via your TV provider and they can reward you with communist-government-sponsored programming while you work on your Mandarin."
