They probably could get ACB thru in 37 days if they wanted to, but they don't need to rush it.
A full senate vote after the election is just peachy.

Actually, they do. McNally is an appointment and if she loses, the seat changes hands immediately. Further, we have state judges in swing states rewriting election law when the Constitution clearly charges the State Legislature with that task, but, if the current Supreme Court splits 4/4, it is completely powerless.

She needs to be confirmed, immediately. And frankly she, her family, and all the GOP senators from States with Democrat Gov's should be under the protection of US Marshals.
