WHICH IS RACIAL PROFILING?

The majority of Americans support the Arizona law and want their states to do the same.
“might” “could” “possibility” or “probability” lead to racial profiling in not a legal argument.

If you are stopped on a traffic violation and you cannot produce a valid driver license (living in Arizona with a NY license) proof of insurance and a registration, (papers) and have and “Hispanic appearance” you “might” “could” be an illegal alien and that is “reasonable suspicion” to question your citizenship, arrest you and turn you over to Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

If you are stopped on a traffic violation and you cannot produce a valid driver license, proof of insurance and a registration, and have a “Hispanic appearance” wearing a sombrero and you tell the officer you left them home and he calls in and verify that you do have those documents, he will give you a citation to appear in court at which time you produce such document. At which time you will be exonerated and released.

A birth certificate and a valid social security is needed to get at least one of these documents. The day of birth, my children were given a social security number.

If you are walking with your child to the ice cream parlor and you are stopped because you have a “Hispanic appearance” and the officer ask for you citizen ship papers and you do not have them and he arrest you, turn you over to ICE and send your child on to the ice cream parlor.

WHICH OF THESE INCIDENTS ARE RACIAL PROFILING?
