Where'd ya get the Avatar?

I love some of these Avatar's... where'd you guys get them from?

Jim could be a sport and give me the one he's got
(I wouldnt give that up either lol)

Go find any pic you like...and I'll resize it for you......Any pic ya want....Ya just resize it,and upload it in your edit area......So if Jims got some laying around,or any links I'm sure he'll post them for you...but if you have a certain pic in mind...post it here,and I'll resize it..and shapen it up for you!!....You shoulda seen the avatars at first being used here..(oooh boy)....

Let's see...

The orignal elephant I had came from a GOP website.
Baghdad Bob came from http://www.welovetheiraqiinformationminister.com/ .
The current avatar from the Boondocks was taken from the official website. It wouldn't let me right-click to save ("No, brother, you got to draw your OWN!") but that feature was quickly defeated by Windows XP's pop-up toolbar that let me save it.

Just a couple - but try typing in "free avatars" at a search engine and you'll find plenty!

** The pictures on the Steelers sites are most likely copyrighted/trademarked. Thousands of people use them though, they won't frown on a fan using them as avatars. They get pissed when you reproduce them on a site that is selling something **

..It does feel good having an avatar....makes a post have the stamp of approval...

I always go to google,and click images for the search looking for any quick pics.....I knew you'd have a stack of links Jim...

Jeff...ya can also save the whole web page to go around no right clicks by hitting file,and save as..as save the complete page...

Thanks for the links... I'll have to take a look around and find one that suits me. I feel so.... naked.... without one. LOL.
