The National Archives has come out with a statement which says that President Trump is lying about Obama having taken ANY documents, at all. Obama has applied for and received access to documents but ALL of Obama's documents are in the care and control of the National Archives.

If Trump removed a top secret documents from the White House he is guilty of one item in the Espionage Act. If he knowingly did not return return the classified document when asked or hide it, he is guilty of obstruction of justice. If the security tapes from his home that the FBI subpoenaed show that he showed those documents to anyone, then he will be in deep shit.
