The arguments that many polling places use seem plausible because strategies are always changing but it seems they only change the design of the poll when democrats are losing. Can anyone tell me of a time that polling was changed in such a way that it favored a republican? I can't think of one and it seems that the fact that the changes only benefit the democratic party then it is probably because the polling places themselves are bias.

How about the time before that?

Probably when GHW beat Dukasis 53% to 46%.

And before that when Reagan beat Mondale.

And before that when Reagan beat Carter.

For a while there the GOP was on a roll.

All because of the actor with the monkey named Bonzo.

If the GOP wants some good news now with polling maybe they should get a new Bonzo ?!

Those weren't changed in midstream. THat is what I was asking. When was a polling change ever made in mid stream that made a republican look better. It doesn't happen.

By the time Hillary is finished with the SCOTUS it will be all Jewish and Communist.

Same as Ginsberg is.
