After Assad ignored Trumps warning not to use chemical weapons on his own people (thinking Trump was weak and inept like Obama), Trump shot cruise missiles at Assads forces and in the process also killed Russian forces. Some people and the children they drag along with them, are not going with out food medical care or having to live in the street while collecting some kinds of aid. Many will get there act together at some point. And that help will be just enough to allow the children to eat sleep in a bed, go to school & have a chance to make there own life.
