When Derek Chauvin gets off with only 2 years probation how will 'politics' be impacted?

Assuming there was no intent to kill and a court finds that an accidental excusable killing happened of course.
If such a verdict was rendered how would it change politics and would it further divide the duopoly?

Oh...he is most certainly walking. Any attorney worth their salt will see him walk easy. Suspect was spotted dropping drugs, new videos shows the negro becoming very combative once in the cruiser. Toxicology revealed lots and lots of drugs and alcohol in the system.
Not to mention the officers were following police procedure per restraint. Oh...he is walking.

All that walking around holding stupid cardboard signs, chanting unintelligibly, smashing windows, starting fires, stealing shit, assaulting people, choking and puking from the tear gas, and spreading and contacting coronavirus will have been for nothing. Zilch. Zippo. Nada. Nichts. Zero. And in the end, they haven't changed one single thing.

Too bad, so sad. :laughing0301:

With the toxicology alone there is a more than good chance he'll be acquitted. Then the wrongful termination suit starts.

Poor George, he'll never rest in peace...he'll be a Democrats pawn for eternity.

There will be an uptick in fentanyl deaths among aggrieved and sneakerless black men!

Not happening. He’s going in the can for a long time

There's no way intent to kill can be proven.
Him beating this is totally plausible...The world burns to the ground if he does

Chauvin was notified by another officer 2min 40+sec. BEFORE Chauvin removed his knee the Floyd HAD NO PULSE! Now read the Minnesota criminal law you fucking genius!

The three watching officers might get away with that, but if they try to kill that crap in the murderer you can expect exactly what's happening now.

If this cop gets a severe sentence it would only be because he was railroaded. The facts of this case so far only proves up a manslaughter charge. Four years, serve two. A much better chance of a serious conviction is to let Trump's civil rights investigation take it's course. It's a.longer sentence but in a federal prison which is far more comfortable.

Well at least they got a nifty phrase out of the whole deal. "Hands up don't shoot" was sorta getting old.

I bet more than one of those protesters will have a heart attack some day. They'll say "I can't breathe" but the medical tech will just think they're protesting or something, and drive away.
