What the Biden administration will do-

The guy was weaping and crying on a gun range because his girlfriend dumped him. Not to mention he hadn't held a job for five years before Independence hired him. Yes, I'm sure Cleveland has a hard time replacing officers, given they have to keep paying out huge settlements for police brutality. Maybe they need to work on that.

Politics before anything. Keep paying this money and you draw more rats to the raw meat. Fight them once in a while and risk not getting re-elected, and then lowlifes like Rice's mother will get the message it's not going to work. No lottery card.

The guy was emotional over a breakup? That's a reason to fire a guy? You don't know how to recognize the man behind the curtain.

Wow. Check your privilege, buddy.

What privilege? Anybody can do what I did, and if blacks did the same, a lot of them would be alive today.

The cops are out there because you keep calling them, Karen.

Yes I do. When somebody is yelling and screaming under your bedroom window at 1:00 am, or playing their car radio, yes, I do call them. I have a business to run here. I can't afford people leaving because of lowlife HUD neighbors won't allow them to sleep and get up for work the next morning. All I can hope is that this happens to you, and you have to put up with parties and jungle music so loud you can hear it three houses away when they have their food stamp cookouts. You can't even watch TV with the windows shut and the AC on.

I even went as far as to email Ben Carson and said we need to reduce funding even more for HUD people so they can't afford to live in the suburbs. They don't belong here and should go back to where they do belong.

Again, most cases are settled because you never want a jury to hear this. Unlike the Grand Jury, the Civil Jury would have heard about Loehmann's mental instability, and how Cleveland hired him anyway without doing a background check.

The thing about rogue cops is that they are all kind of bad in the same way. They all have records of misconduct and mental instability. Again, if the Police Retirement Funds had to start paying out these settlements instead of the cities, you wouldn't see the PBA and FOP so quick to want to keep the rogues on the payroll.

The guy was emotional over a breakup? That's a reason to fire a guy? You don't know how to recognize the man behind the curtain.

Uh, yeah, when he's out there with a gun, you really do have to worry about his emotional stability. The guy never, ever should have been a cop. Independence had the good sense to fire him. Cleveland hired him, he went out and killed a kid playing with a toy.

What privilege? Anybody can do what I did, and if blacks did the same, a lot of them would be alive today.

Wow, sorry, "being impolite to racist cops" isn't a death penalty offense. The cops should be afraid of us, not the other way around.

Sounds like they are a fun bunch, actually. It kind of sounds like they are fucking with you because you are such an unpleasant person.

I even went as far as to email Ben Carson and said we need to reduce funding even more for HUD people so they can't afford to live in the suburbs. They don't belong here and should go back to where they do belong.

Maybe that's exactly where they belong... living next to the white people who've oppressed them for so long.

They wouldn't have paid anything. The shooting was ruled justified, and it had nothing to do with his beef in Independence.

Yes, he was upset over some girl, but employers are supposed to work with employees in such matters. In fact, that's what Independence wanted to do, but Loehmann told that firing instructor he wanted to quit that job. He actually wanted to be a cop in NYC. The instructor told the chief what Loehmann told him and it was what put a target on is back. From the Cleveland Plain Dealer:

Tinnierello and Loehmann talked about Loehmann's personal problems as they made the 40-minute drive to Atwells Police Supply to pick up a bulletproof vest for Loehmann.

Loehmann told Tinnierello that he "was unclear where his future was headed" and thought about quitting when Tinnierello told him he would continue training until Independence police thought he could handle the job.

"Loehmann stated 'that just makes me want to quit,'" Tinnierello replied, according to Tinnierello.

Tinnierello reported the information to Polak. The two decided to send Loehmann home for the day and call his parents because they were concerned for his well-being. The three met the next day.

Loehmann told his supervisors that he spoke with two friends, a priest and a Cleveland police officer about how to deal with personal stress at work. Loehmann expressed his frustration about for a small police department in Independence instead of living in New York where he could be close to friends.

You tell any employer you want to quit your job, they are going to look for reasons to get rid of you.

It has nothing to do with being polite. Again, more lies from you.

Sounds like they are a fun bunch, actually. It kind of sounds like they are fucking with you because you are such an unpleasant person.

No, it sounds like they are neanderthals who don't belong with civilized people. It sounds like they only care about themselves and nobody else. It sounds like they don't have the class, culture, or responsibility to live in the suburbs. It sounds like they never had a full-time job where they had to get up at 5:00am for work the next day. It sounds like they have no respect for authority like our police department since they disobeyed them the first couple times they were out here on the SAME NIGHT. It sounds like they need to go back where they came from.

Nobody oppressed anybody.

Folks, this is no joke, this is war. This can really happen to where you live if Biden gets in. As a person who lives in a suburb destroyed by low income HUD housing and low income people in general, trust me, it's no fun when you have to travel a half-hour away to go shopping because all your stores closed up due to theft and violence.

Oh, my God, you had to drive for a whole half-hour!

Yes, it's all because of this policy, and not that Brick and Mortar Stores have been on the decline for decades.

The funny thing is you think your weflare collecting ass is somehow better than their welfare collecting asses.

Funny. Those brick and mortar stores are doing just fine in other places around here. All of our major stores closed down because of theft and violence; not just in my suburb, but surrounding suburbs that suffered the same fate.

The problem with you commies is that one can point to a beautiful green lawn, tell you that it's green, but if CNN tells you it's purple, you'll insist it's purple. When are you going to start thinking for yourself, or is not thinking logically and for yourself a prerequisite for being a lib?

Yet, in Detroit, not a single Brick and Mortar Business was destroyed. The Community said they had enough and protected them. If a City won't do that they don't deserve those businesses.

It was Dr. Joe's notion that the reason our stores closed was because of Amazon. My contention is that it's more than that. Stores cannot stay open with massive shoplifting and crime in general that makes people fearful of going to such stores, especially after sundown. Nobody wants to go shopping and either get robbed in the parking lot, or only to find their car stolen when they get to their parking spot.

Back to point, this is where Biden wants to take the rest of America; to insert low income people renown for crime and violent crime into suburbs that are currently beautiful and safe. The Socialist concept is to make everybody equal no matter how unequal they actually are.

The facts remain that stores like Walmart, Target, etc.. have had a negative effect on the brick and mortors. Now, the stores like Amazon have cut into Walmart. The Shelves aren't as full in Walmart like they once were. Many items, if I want to buy them from Walmart, I have to go online and buy them. You can't change reality.

I never said online shopping did not contribute, but depending on the area, it's not the sole reason for stores closing up.

Walmart is what's known as an Anchor Store in the merchandising business. Smaller stores depend on the customers Walmart draws to their store to expose their own business. After people get done shopping at Walmart, or didn't find what they wanted at Walmart, they go to these other stores.

A sister suburb of ours built a new mall about 12 years ago. It was centered on Walmart signing a contract. After Walmart signed, other stores jumped on the bandwagon. Unfortunately, a couple of years later, Walmart found a way out of the contract because they wanted to build a Super Walmart which the mall had no room for.

After Walmart left, the other stores slowly folded. They lost their customer base. The mall is still open, but a lot of empty stores and quite frankly, looks awful now.

So Walmart doesn't close stores, it helps them open up and survive.

We have two Superstores here and one Market Walmart. None then contribute to the brick and mortars at all. Walmart no longer builds the stores they used to build. Groceries are more profitable. And then they stock just enough of the dry goods to put the brick and mortars out of business. I have too many years working for Walmart to buy that Walmart is any good for any community at all.

Then read up on it. It's a model business strategy. A mall with a bunch of mom and pop shops just don't cut it, especially if there's a Walmart within 20 miles of them. That's what anchor stores are all about, to draw people to that mall or shopping district. I have no idea where you live, but over here, you're not going to find a Walmart sitting by itself in the middle of nowhere. It's always surrounded by a mall or shopping area.

Not here. And any major store can be an anchor store. Stores like Krogers, City Market, Piggly Wigglies, Targets, and more. Sears used to be a great anchor store. Our Mall exists only because of Target and all the Mom and Pops have been shown the door. There are nothing but Corporate stores in there now. Down the Road is a new SuperStore Walmart that is surrounded by Corporate Businesses. Not one single Mom and Pop store is left. The Mom and Pops are scattered across town and do not benefit any from an anchor store like a superstore Walmart. You go into a Mom and Pop, see an item the go next door to Walmart and then you are given the option to order it from a kiosk or from home for less money. No Mom and Pop in their right mind would build next to a Walmart Superstore. And if that Anchor Store decides to move, the whole shopping center is gutted out.

The most successful Mom and Pop area we have is the downtown mainstreet area. And a tremendous amount of money and effort is keeping it alive.

You have some strange ideas what is going on.

Not strange at all because I learned all about this when our Walmart closed down. It's not an opinion. There were articles of the closedown left and right. Lots of interesting read.

As large as Walmart is, they don't have everything. That's where the other stores benefit. They carry different items, or different quality of items than Walmart does. For instance there was a Dick's Sporting goods there. Yes, Walmart has fishing and camping products, but cheap Chinese stuff where Dick's had better quality and larger selection of sizes. We also had a Office Max store. Walmart has a school supply and office section, but good luck finding the exact printer cartridge for your printer at Walmart. They have everything for printers at Office Max. We also had a Pet supplies store which was huge, and Walmart's pet section couldn't come close.

Wow, you don't mention even one Mom and Pop store. And an Office Max is hardly considered an Anchor Store. It barely exists on it's own with Best Buy just across the street.

2. Mandate a Federal lockdown until the COVID 19 crisis is under control

The president does not possess that authority, first of all. Second, nice to see you admit you have no problem with dictatorships after years of listening to you imbeciles scream about Trump being a dictator.

Then you want to tell me how we can get a handle on Covid? I think NY and others have the right idea. Lock the states down and don't allow the infested vermin in from the Red States that don't care if they spread the disease or not. This means, all products coming out of them as well.

Without a reliable vaccine and the absence of herd immunity you don’t, not without devastating side effects worse than the disease itself

The Herd already has shown it can't develop an amunity so that's out. And a reliable vaccine may be years away so we can't depend on that either. Do we, then, accept the thousands of deaths each day from it? Our way of doing it from times past was not to do that and we took care of equal or worse diseases. I have already said how it was done. But it takes guts to do it. Are we dumber and more cowardly than our grand parents? Are we so spoiled and paranoid that we have to accept the thousands of deaths a day instead of doing what they did?

In fact, that's what Independence wanted to do, but Loehmann told that firing instructor he wanted to quit that job. He actually wanted to be a cop in NYC. The instructor told the chief what Loehmann told him and it was what put a target on is back. From the Cleveland Plain Dealer:

Wow, without rehashing your whole word dump, this sounds like someone who had no business being a cop anywhere. That he had some delusions about being a NYC cop when he could barely handle being a squirrel cop?

Let's look at some of the highlights from your article, shall we?

An issue with an on-again, off-again girlfriend caused Loehmann distress and, in one case, he fell asleep during training, according to a written report from Independence Police Sgt. Greg Tinnirello.

Loehmann told Tinnirello that he cried often about his personal issue during training and Loehmann's mother told Tinnierello that her son's study papers "would be soaked in tears nightly for three months."

On Nov. 26, 2012, Loehmann was ordered to stay in the Independence police dispatch center. Loehmann left without authorization and lied to Tinnierello that the dispatchers told him he could leave, the letter says.

The problems at Independence erupted on Nov. 28, 2012, the records say. Loehmann showed up "sleepy and upset" for a 6 a.m. state gun qualification session.

Tinnierello wrote that Loehmann "was distracted and was not following simple instructions" at the shooting range.

And the Punchline....

"Unfortunately in law enforcement there are times when instructions need to be followed to the letter and I am under the impression that Ptl. Loehmann, under certain circumstances, will not react in the way instructed," Polak wrote.

Um, yeah, he might freak out and shoot a kid playing with a toy or something. Oh, wait, I'm sorry, that totally happened.

You tell any employer you want to quit your job, they are going to look for reasons to get rid of you.

Um, yeah, but if you are kind of a fuckup, they actually hope you leave on your own.

Dr. Joe, I'm not a leftist. That means by continuing to lie to me won't convince me your lies are truth. That only works on your kind of people.

Essentially, you are kind of an awful person, that you don't see what a tragedy this was, and that it was completely avoidable.

When an officer tells you to stay in your vehicle, you stay in your vehicle. If the officer tells you to freeze, it doesn't mean turn around quickly to face him. When the officer tells you to keep your hands out of your jacket pocket, you don't put your hands in your jacket pocket.

Again, that's awesome and stuff, but I kind of expect that under stress, people might do things involutarily and cops need to have enough judgement to not go around shooting them.

Obviously, since your police didn't feel a need to make an arrest, whatever they are doing wasn't that serious to them. You really need to stop being a Karen.

Noise cancelling headphones... You'll be fine.

I didn't say it was an anchor store. I said that people who went to Walmart stopped at Office Max if they needed office supplies not carried by Walmart, just like they stopped at Dick's for hunting, fishing or camping gear, and just like they stopped at Pet Smart for pet supplies that Walmart didn't carry.

Wow, without rehashing your whole word dump, this sounds like someone who had no business being a cop anywhere. That he had some delusions about being a NYC cop when he could barely handle being a squirrel cop?

Let's look at some of the highlights from your article, shall we?

Yes, I read the article. It does not negate my point which is his superiors knew he wanted to leave. He fully admitted that to them. Prior to that they said they'd help him get through this breakup of his, and help him into their system. In other words, until he expressed his unhappiness about being a ticket cop and wanting something a little more exciting, they wanted him as a police officer there.

Um, yeah, he might freak out and shoot a kid playing with a toy or something. Oh, wait, I'm sorry, that totally happened.

You know what happened as do I. We both know you're a leftist who's instinct is to lie.

Essentially, you are kind of an awful person, that you don't see what a tragedy this was, and that it was completely avoidable.

I never said it wasn't a tragedy. Yes, it could have been avoidable. The mother could have actually been watching her kid. Not let him into a park renown for drug sales and shootings across the street with a realistic looking gun.

Again, that's awesome and stuff, but I kind of expect that under stress, people might do things involutarily and cops need to have enough judgement to not go around shooting them.

There is nothing involuntary about it. It's simple instructions a six year old can follow. These people (like my neighbor) are defiant of authority. They believe nobody has the right to tell them what to do or what not to do.

Obviously, since your police didn't feel a need to make an arrest, whatever they are doing wasn't that serious to them. You really need to stop being a Karen.

Noise cancelling headphones... You'll be fine.

Do you see why we don't want your people in charge of this country? When people break the law, simply ignore it. We Republicans don't do that. When you break the law, you pay the price. These liberal cities used your mythology during the protests, and now they are destroyed, businesses closed down, some for good. How did that work out for them?

Since the change in our city, if the police arrested every person violating our noise ordinance, they would have to triple or more the amount of jails we have. When a police officer makes an arrest, he has to write up a report. He has to attend court when the case comes up. Our police no longer have the time for that stuff.

With the help of my councilman, I plan on making their life a living hell. They are going to want to move out of here when I'm done with them.

Then you're talking about a total destruction of an economy on a plan you don't even know will work.

It's worked in the past. It worked quite well for the Spanish Flu in 1918. It worked well for Polio until the cure. It worked for Small Pox. It's quite a list of successes. Covid is closer to the Spanish Flu. And there never really was a real cure found for it. But through isolation it was allowed to die out. But first you have to understand that your rights end at the end of your nose.

Or... they realized he was kind of a fuckup who was going to probably get someone killed, and Independence can't afford to shell out 6 Million to some mom. Come on, guy, you are stretching... The guy was a screwup.

I know exactly what happened. Someone who never should have been a cop freaked out in a situation and killed a kid.

I never said it wasn't a tragedy. Yes, it could have been avoidable. The mother could have actually been watching her kid. Not let him into a park renown for drug sales and shootings across the street with a realistic looking gun.

His sister was watching him, Given that Officer McWeepy took exactly 1.6 seconds to evaluate the situtation before he started shooting, there wasn't exactly time to react

Bullshit. What we need to do is stop hiring trigger-happy racists and giving them guns. Start throwing them in jail, make their retirement funds pay out the damages, you'll see their behavior change really fast.

It'll work out fine. We'll get rid of Trump, the police will be reformed, and businesses will come back.

Since the change in our city, if the police arrested every person violating our noise ordinance, they would have to triple or more the amount of jails we have. When a police officer makes an arrest, he has to write up a report. He has to attend court when the case comes up. Our police no longer have the time for that stuff.

Yeah, because it's petty shit. The problem with these petty ordinances is that the racist cops use them to harass people of color.

With the help of my councilman, I plan on making their life a living hell. They are going to want to move out of here when I'm done with them.

Um, yeah, again, keep waiting for that headline, "Angry Cleveland Man Shoots Neighbors over Noise Complaint". I mean, since you went on welfare, you have way too much time on your hands.
