Can the judiciary expand or contract the impeachment power?

Can Congress enact a law that expands or contracts the impeachment power?

If Congress proclaims that X is not an impeachable offense, or employs a given procedure, does it bind any future Congress?

If Trumps conduct is not found to be impeachable, then it will become acceptable behavior for future Presidents

We have only had 3 impeachments in the past and no one was removed, cept Nixon went quietly away. He would of been impeached, as Republicans believed in the constitution back then, now they do not. They are cultists of tramp.

"Congress" has not weaponized the Constitution, Impeachment power, The intelligence agencies and the FISA court. The Democratic leaders of the House did that all on their own. That is the dangerous precedent now set for future Presidents of either Party.

And we all know about Gaetz dui and his daddy got him off. the only reason he got the job was his daddy was in charge of gerrymandering.

Exactly the same.

You don't know that??

There’s a bit of difference between a 26 year old having poor judgement in a single situation, as opposed to a 49 year old actively using cocaine, crack and being paid millions because of his vice presidential father. Do the skeletons in your closet, keep you up at night?

If he is impeached, it will allow democrats to engage in all the influence peddling they want, safe in the knowledge that any suggestion that the influence peddling be investigated is grounds for impeachment.
