It's not only that. 2020 is the year of women (not men) marking the 100th anniversary of Women's suffrage. It's twice as hard to remove an incumbent President, 3 times harder to remove an incumbent President who is riding a good economy. Democrats would be foolish not to play the women card, in the year of women. Senator Kamala Harris will most certainly bring out the women and minorities, and get excitement & enthusiasm moving into this race.
