Using "their" with "one" as an antecedent is not only retarded; it's collectivist. This absurd Postmodern grammatical monstrosity intentionally violates a basic category of the thought process. Although the mind can handle some contradictions, it is damaged by this one.

"He ('his job')" is perfectly acceptable for the clumsy "he or she." Or if the Femininnies have succeeded in castrating that usage for you, timidly use "People can quit their jobs."
