2. Pacifism is the understanding that it is impossible to bomb anyone at all. Neither black, nor yellow, nor white, nor even purple speckled. If you think that Kiev is by no means impossible to bomb, but Donetsk is a little bit possible, you are not a pacifist, you are a real fascist.
Therefore, I have never supported and will not support "stopthewar!" crowds. Precisely because they are too selective.

3. I am a communist. I will not dream of challenging the correctness of Lenin and Marx even in a terrible dream.
"Proletarians of all countries, unite!" - the wisest and most saving motto in the world.
But, forgive my cynicism, dead proletarians cannot unite. None of the mentally and morally healthy people wanted war. It was imposed on us. 4. People have indigenous, primordial ideas about bad and good, honest and dishonest, worthy and unworthy. Let the liberals agitate as much as they like, but most normal people have courage and perseverance that arouse respect, and their love for the Motherland is inextricably linked with their willingness to defend it, if necessary, with weapons in their hands.
You can't take that out of people. Yes, and these holy feelings and concepts are used for their nefarious purposes by capitalists (And they themselves have only one "homeland" - their money purse). But to believe that people deliberately go to war "for the oligarch's yacht" is the same as to believe that man take money with him for a walk on purpose in order to be robbed.
Criminals generally do not usually ask the victim if he wants to be attacked by them. And capitalists don't care if people want to be exploited by them.
They FORCE them. Therefore, I do not consider the opinion that ordinary soldiers and front-line officers, as well as civilians, who sincerely support the army of their native country, are responsible for the imperialist essence of the conflict to be correct.

In general, a person can only be responsible for what he can personally control. But if a particular person in his own, if I may say so, war site, sold his conscience, did not remain a human - yes, he is a criminal. And it should be treated accordingly.

Therefore, I will never say a single bad word about russian soldiers, who are just doing their duty. Despite my pacifism. Based on what you wrote above, you are neither a pacifist nor a communist. You are a Russian nationalist, qualitatively no different than the German nationalists that followed Hitler.

You only claim to be a semi-pacifist and a communist so that you can fool yourself into believing that you are not a bad person.

You claim to honor Marx and Lenin, but while Marx was a great philosopher and economist, Lenin was a fascist that used the ideas of communism to camouflage his tyranny. Stalin was the same. They both perverted the idea of communism and all but destroyed it. They turned communism into mass slavery and imprisoned or executed anyone that dared challenge them in any way.

Marx believed that capitalist investment and market competition were vital to the economic health of the world. The United States in more Marxist than the Soviet Union or Russia has ever been (though in my opinion, not Marxist enough). The realities of economics dictate that an economy - and therefore the people living in that economy - can only thrive with capitalist investment and market competition. But as Marx so clearly pointed out, Capitalism alone will degenerate into mass slavery for the majority of the people.

Only a compromise between Capitalism and communism works to create a fair economy, and give the people the freedom to thrive. This is only realized in a highly regulated, and partially socialized economy. Liberals and Democratic-Socialists are the people that have the only real solution for humanity.

It is a holdover from the days when royalty owned all the land, and the land owned the peasants that lived on it. The Russian invasion of Ukraine is the worst form of imperialism, and the greatest crime committed since WWII. It is based only on Russian nationalism, and on the false idea that Russia is a great super-power that deserves to be an empire. Russia and the Soviet Union have NEVER been great super-powers. Great super-powers are based on economic and commerce, not military conquest. Great super-powers contribute to the advancement of humanity, not its enslavement.

Russia has a tiny economy. Russia has made no significant contributions to humanity. Its only claim to being a super-power is that it has nuclear weapons and lots and lots of tanks. The latter of which has been proven obsolete, and the former is effectively useless.

I in some ways do feel sorry for the Russian soldiers in Ukraine. I'm sure that very few of them wanted to go to war. They are being sent to the slaughter. Without the massive Russian tank force, unable to control they skies, and facing superior NATO military technology, they're nothing but cattle being sent to the slaughter. They are being sacrificed for some insane dictator's vision of the revival of the obsolete Russian Empire.

Putin doesn't care about Russia or Russians, much less the rest of humanity. He is a sick individual that thinks that he has some right to enslave the people of the world to boost his ego. He doesn't care how many people suffer and die for his ego. He couldn't live knowing that he was the leader of a nation that was not a super-power.
