What do you sleep in?

Just those knee length athletic shorts that are made from the quick dry material.
They're really slick so they dont bind up when you move in your sleep.
I cant sleep with a shirt on,I hate it when you move around and the shirt will tighten up on you.

I have slept naked for 50 years. On the rare occasions when I might have to get up with "others" around (e.g., when the grandkids are staying over), I wear boxers. That's it.

Also, I have the A/C turned to 68 or 69, so that I need a light blanket. Same thermostat setting in Winter.

Works for me.

Shorts and a t shirt or tank top.

Never owned a pair of pajamas in my adult life. Seems kind of ridiculous for a grown man to wear pajamas.

I couldn't wear them even as a kid. I would get all tangled up in the damn things.
