3 years ago, Bush left the country in the worst condition it's been in since the Great Depression. 8 years, 2 million jobs created, tax cuts for the rich, prescription drug giveaway to big pharma, and two unfunded wars. That's Bush's legacy. Even without the wars, we would still have deficits thanks to the reduced revenue and the big pharma giveaway.
