Of all the most useless things to argue over. He treats it as a residence just like Bedminster and NYC. Thus qualifying it as a home.

It would be wise for us to discontinue this frivolous debate on the nature of the property.

Just because Trump spend time in residence at his resorts, doesn't make them a private residence which the general public has no access to. The so-called "locked room" at Mar-a-lago was in a public area of the club, not part of Trump's private quarters at all. Some, not all, of the Top Secret stuff was found in his office.

The nature of the property matters because Mar-a-lago has been a target of foreign spies since early in Trump's Presidency, with known Chinese spies being caught inside the resort, and posing for photos with Trump. Trump was such a target because he used insecure cells phones for communications which could be scanned.
