Wet paint set me off ..today

I mentioned my ocd problems are severe among wet paint

I went to my car at noon ( 1/2 work day )
To my shock I see my car was completely covered up with a plastic car shield bag

Then 15-20 feet away I see painters working on the outer walls in my apartment complex

I told myself to get a grip on reality
I pulled over down the road and checked my car for 5 min and said get a grip

God I hope they are not going to be painting the outside of my apartment soon
That is going to explode me

You could always stop & grab a bunch of spray paint to fix it when you return.

They are going to repaint the entire outside of the complex and it’s a massive 10 week project

i think you could try hypnosis with a practitioner who learned from Dolores Cannon or from a student of Dolores. The practitioner could find out the cause or source of your OCD and get you back to normal.
