Interesting little fact about this years Superbowl.........

Teams that are going...................Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks.

Denver is in Colorado, and Seattle is in Washington state........

Washington state and Colorado are the only 2 states that have legalized marijuana.

Spark up a doobie while you're watching the Superbowl this year.

Ya gotta wonder...........................is this a coincidence, or, is it that some Higher Power is saying that pot should be legalized?

I mean..............the 2 best teams happen to be from the 2 states that legalized it.

Me? I think that someone is sending a message.................legalize it.

Interestingly enough, did you people hear that some NFL players are looking to get the NFL to approve cannabis use for players that live in legalized states, or allow it medicinally for their aches and pains post game.

JERSEY CITY, N.J. -- Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll agrees with the notion that the NFL should look into medicinal marijuana as a means of taking the best possible care of its players.

While not explicitly coming out in favor of it, Carroll answered a question about NFL commissioner Roger Goodell's recent comments on the topic by making it clear he thinks it's an avenue worth pursuing.

Pete Carroll thinks the NFL should consider medicinal marijuana as a way to treat injured players.

"I would say that we have to explore and find ways to make our game a better game and take care of our players in whatever way possible," Carroll said at a news conference Monday following his team's first practice of Super Bowl week. "Regardless of what other stigmas might be involved, we have to do this because the world of medicine is doing this."

If the NFL approves cannabis use for it's players (and by some estimates, almost 50 percent of the players smoke pot anyway), it's going to end up creeping into other sports, and will eventually be made legal all over this country.
