For the first time ever, America’s 400 wealthiest people paid a lower tax rate in 2018 than any other group of people, according to a new study completed by economists Emmanuel Saez and Gabriel Zucman.

Up to about $400,000 in family unit earnings a year, is considered upper middle class.

An awful lot of people have homes worth a million or more in that income range, that will get a tax break.... A heck of a lot more families in expensive real estate states like California and New Jersey and New York etc than there are billionaires in this country....and there is a cap of 80,000 for the salt tax deduction on federal income being taxed.....

This isn't a billionaire s tax cut of any significance, it is an upper MIDDLE class tax cut.
